BUYER BEWARE! Without any type of notification prior to purchase online they're charging a 25 PERCENT restocking fee to put a faucet back on a shelf. And when asked about it are radio silent. Would not recommend. Clearly a shady NY outfit.
I ordered 10 specialty USB drives. They arrived and one of the ten was non-functioning. I have been battling with them for over a month to get a credit because I want to purchase more (I use these in my business). They will only give me a coupon to purchase OTHER items, not to repurchase more of the same, even though their return policy specifically states "Most items within the product warranty period can be returned for either refund or replacement. The replacement will be for the SAME ITEM or another similar product as per our return policy."
If you want a good laugh, then go to their site. Good luck in getting exactly what you ordered or getting any service after your money goes in their pockets. How are they allowed to operate while scamming people?
