I ordered 10 specialty USB drives. They arrived and one of the ten was non-functioning. I have been battling with them for over a month to get a credit because I want to purchase more (I use these in my business). They will only give me a coupon to purchase OTHER items, not to repurchase more of the same, even though their return policy specifically states "Most items within the product warranty period can be returned for either refund or replacement. The replacement will be for the SAME ITEM or another similar product as per our return policy."
