Stay away from this site. They have held our reservation since a day with no updates posting better prices than competitors. I am surprised this google flights have fallen for them.
I would expect google to vet such scammers out. Now I can't even trust flights.google.com to provide reliable recommendations.
I will rate them above a 1 for one reason. At least they sent an email shortly after the reservation was made saying that for blah blah reasons they ticket they had confirmed did not exist, but that I could call them to get another ticket because they had many unpublished ticket prices. I might have called except I see this web site with reviews and of course do not.
But at least they let me know promptly that they had flaked out on me. Other travelers seem to have found out about the flake-out much later in the travel process, causing so much trouble.
They advertised on google flight search for the lowest fair, i paid $2390 to book this ticket, after waiting for almost 24 hrs they sent me that they can not book the ticket. Stay away and dont waste your time. THEY WANT MORE MONEY AS THEIR SYSTEM PRICE CHANGED. And I go back to google flights and they are still advertising the low price, that means they know the system price changed but still want customers to book at low price and cancel or have them pay more over phone.
Beware, scam company. Just give a try and call them, no one will ever answer your phone. All the publish prices are scam. After you submit your information, they will send you an email that the price has increased and they ask you to pay more. There is no customer service either by phone or email. Good luck if you book a ticket with them!
Do not use this company. It is a complete scam. You'll book a flight, then it takes 6 hours for it to actually process at a much higher fare. Customer service knows they are running a scam and for some reason kept telling me "Everything we are doing is legal". I never once brought up anything about legality. "KATE" in customer service is absolutely horrendous. AVOID AT ALL COST!
It's ridiculous trying to get a answer from them. I'm trying to change the day of departure and they "can't do it" because they're waiting for the airline to get back to them, 18 days after my initial request.
At least when I go to the airline's webpage, I do actually have a reservation. Don't use them! I wish I had looked them up BEFORE I bought the tickets through them.
It is a pain to change or cancel flights with them. Usually on hold before anyone answers the phone at least for 30 minutes. Also any changes or cancellation needs to be requested online first before they take you seriously. Then, they take up to 72hours to contact the airline before providing how much it would cost to you. They charged ridiculous fees just to make changes or cancel. Not only you pay fees to Flyus but the airlines will charge another fee too. It is not worth to save a few bucks to book a flight through them. The airlines Scandinavian airlines in this case said they can't do anything. All changes needs to go through Flyus. I would rather book directly with the airlines. I never had this much difficulty with another online travel agency. This reminds me of the old days where you are at the mercy of the travel agent to decide what you can do. Overall very frustrating experience. I would never use Flyus again for any of my travel needs.
First, when I paid my tickets and then i received email, that price is gone, I need to pay another $150 to get that tickets. It's a trap and the lowest price is a bait, which you will never get that price. Please do not trust that company and be away from them! My flight time changed, the airlines said it's free to reschedule to another flight, but they charge the fee for reissue tickets, even the airlines say so it's free! Also their customer phone line waiting time is huge long, be careful! They are horrible and ridiculous!
Booked a trip to Paris from SFO, price was $780.30min after booking, an email was sent saying the price was $850 now, which I accepted. 12 hours later another email was sent saying the price is now $860. It was unclear if they have an understanding of what price they were offering at what time. Instead of playing their game for who knows how long I just cancelled and booked via another website. Didn't enjoy wasting my time.
Not trustworthy website
Booked and purchased ticketing for overseas in advance, however, flyus.com ticketing transmission to the airline was incorrect. Result my reservation and check-in seating was incorrect. The airline did not care for my explanation, and Flyus.com asked me to pound sand due to my responsibility to check (although I paid for intended the ticketing class). Especially since I paid a service fee for their booking fees to render the pricing with the product. I would not recommend this to anyone. I have proof of purchase attached as well.
I had to cancel ticket 2 hours before departure and no one was there to help/answer my request. I had to cancel my flight but after a call with the airline, a panality fee Flyus claimed coming from the airline for $390 turns out to be only $200. They scam you and I am not sure I trust google flight results anymore! Impossible to get a hold of them!

Company violates Department of Transportation's 24 hour refund rule and tries to force you to take a future voucher instead of issuing a full refund within the 24 hour period as mandated. They will lie and tell you your refund is on the way. Then a week later, you'll receive an email saying you didn't request the refund in time and have up to a year to use that credit. Totally, dishonest, unprofessional and deceitful. If this happens to you... be sure to file an official complaint with the Department of Transportation.
We booked a $4000 flight from lax to singapore. First, it takes 6 hours before they get back that the price has increased and they need us to either cancel or accept the new price. We pay the extra $100. Then next my credit card gets declined. I get them on the phone after 30 mins hold time and give them a new card. Now, 12 hours later my ticket is still not confirmed and my credit card is STILL not charged. I cant call them anymore as it goes straight to voice mail and all my online inquiries are never responded to. Its complete garbage and its clearly a bait and switch scheme. Now i am in a stuck situation as i cant be sure they will not charge my credit card if i go buy from another vendor. HATE THIS!
My review is the same as all the other is it is it a freaking scam.
I thought I was getting a ticket and then two hours later they told me I need to purchase another ticket or do something I don't know but it's just ridiculous that I thought I had a ticket and then they told me I don't
I booked a ticket through Flyus.com and got confirmed. They cancelled my ticket next day without explanation. No customer service. Never use them again.
They reserved the tickets but never paid the airlines.
Worst customer service over the phone with a lot of automated menus that would end up hanging up on you.
Got through twice with zero accountability and blaming airlines for my inability to travel.
I had a beautiful trip to Brazil planned for more than 5 months that was cancelled altogether.
Still unsure if I'll get refunded.
Not just a bad experience but a very possible scam.
This website is nothing short of a disgusting scam. They change ur ticket price after you purchase it and make it so that you cannot reach their costumer service to cancel the tickets. The tickets are clearly not even real after further investigating. I am disputing the charge and getting people involved to take the site down. Vile behavior
They were completely useless at actually helping with flight booking and changes, they basically just took my money and ran. I ended up calling the airlines to rebook with my flight credits because the FlyUs rebooking lied to me about the rules of rebooking, and wanted to charge me even more. Luckily the airline was far more helpful and I was able to use my credits how I wanted without too much more cost. Don't use FlyUs, I certainly won't ever again.
Bought flight month in advance. One leg was cancelled. No communication from flyus. Called dozens of times, hold times up to 3 hours. Most calls dropped/not answered. Flyus did not fix, reschedule the leg that was cancelled. Also they wanted to charge for a refund. Took no responsibility/ownership, provided misinformation, blamed the customer and argued/rude to customer.
