I spent nearly 100 dollars on a Thanksgiving centrepiece for my friends who had hosted me when I travelled from Scotland. I did not get a centrepiece- no case, no candles but just half dead flowers. This was not a mistake but deliberate miss-selling as can be seen in photos. Customer service useless. This company clearly does not care for its reputation or customers.

Both orders delivered 2 days late and each bouquet was frozen, ruined! I called them to see what they could do to rectify the problem and they refunded me 20% on each order for a total of $19.00. So, very expensive lesson learned for me. Buy flowers from your local florist! My lesson cost me $150.00. WOW

I put in my review for this website after mothers day. They never put it up. I am guessing that its because they send some cheap flowers to my mom instead of what i order... it looks nothing like the pic that i wanted... it is the most sloppy florist I've ever seen... i order a $39 and end up paying $52 for it after shipping n handling fee... i email them them and they offer a 20% refund... i told them again that i should be getting at least 50% refund because the flowers nowhere close to what i order. So then they only give me a 30% refund... will never order from here again... they should be a shame of them low business. Especially for mothers day...

I understand daffodil's to be out of season currently (January), but what I received should not have even been offered or sent. It was our 10th wedding anniversary and I really wanted a vase full of daffodils. My obvious choice was to order the $47.00 DAFFODIL delight. Please view the attached picture. This is terrible. Very disappointed in the flowers we received to celebrate this milestone in our lives..

I usually always order from this company however we ordered flowers for our daughters birthday and paid the express delivery before noon. They did not get before noon and I called them several times to get answers finally they said they should be delivered by 4:00 and because my husband ordered them they would not issue the credit with me on the phone. She usually leaves work between 4 and 5 They really need to reconfigure who they do business with because this makes them look bad.

The flowers did not look the same as what was shown online. I ordered the blue skies arrangement with blue flowers and there was not 1 blue flowers in the arrangement. It was very dissapointed when I saw the picture of what actually arrived. They offered a 20% refund. I won't be ordering from this site again. Go to your local florist instead. Not worth the money. I ordered the 42.00 flowers which came to 62.00 with delivery fee.

My recipient's birthday flowers were delivered AFTER the business had closed for the day. When contacting customer service with a problem you can expect the standard "Thank you for your recent order. We are pleased to inform you that your order going to... was delivered... Thank you again for choosing From You Flowers. We look forward to serving you again! No, you will not serve me again. Stay with a reputable company if the order is important to you.

Ordered a dozen ORANGE roses for my wife's birthday. Received a dozen RED roses. Called them and they apologized, gave me a 10% refund and said they would send the correct roses. Today's shipment from them had a dozen PINK roses. Called them again and they offered me a 30% discount for not providing what I purchased. I asked to speak with a supervisor and then they offered a full refund. Will NEVER use this horrible business again!

I have just been a victim of this company. Placed the order today after receiving an assurance from this company that the flowers will be delivered today. At around 11PM, I called and emailed them to check on the status. The email response stated that no delivery was made, no explanation why and just another promise to make the delivery 2 days later. This company continues to make promises, just promises nothing else. They never delivered. I read the reviews but took the chance anyway. Please do not make the same mistake. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER. IT WILL NEVER GET DELIVERED

I purchased two sympathy items, one was a bouquet and the other a plant. They arrived on time everything went smoothly. I was very happy with their service. Until I ordered funeral flowers for my dear friend's funeral. They stated same day. But her funeral was the next day at 1 pm. The flowers were never delivered! Their excuse was that they could not find a florist to fulfill the order. Then, After I was asked twice for another address because they couldn't seem to deliver to the cemetery. I just had them deliver them to my house. When I received them it wasn't even the arrangement I had ordered. Now I'm wondering if they changed my order because i requested a discount for my disappointment.What i received was not even close to what i had ordered! They're beautiful but not what I order. I was extremely disappointed and very saddened because she only had one standing bouquet at her funeral …My arrangement never arrived to her funeral.I've decided to drive 40 minutes to deliver her flowers 😢 I will never use them again!

I did not get what I ordered from the company. I placed an order for the "Pretty and Pink" bouquet which was nice. I also ordered 1 Anniversary Balloon along with 1 Valentine's Balloon. When the order arrived at my wife it had the Valentine Balloon, but not the Anniversary Balloon. Also I was charged an additional $15.00 for a service fee that I was NEVER told about along with not getting my discount... Needless to say I was none too happy about the quality of service... I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN AND CERTRAINLY DON'T RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE ELSE DOES EITHER

I have used this company twice. Both times they did not send what was pictured.
I will never use them again.
"Bait & Switch" describes this company.
