My husband works out of state and wanted to send me flowers for an occasion. He should have called our town florist but did not. This company is a joke. They are basically scamming you. For $60 there were 4 stemmed red Roses and about six small Lillie's. That's it. They were all wilted. Not in any kind of water, no vase. Awful looking. Could have picked up a beautiful bouquet for about $10 at the grocery store! Do not buy flowers from here! If you're sending someone flowers out of town, look up florists in their town! You'll get more bang for your buck and I'm sure a lovely arrangement not wilted skinny bouquet.

I ordered flowers for my grandma and they showed up half dead and just in horrible condition! Do not order from this company! They tried to accommodate me with getting 20% of my money back…. Nope. I demanded for my entire refund!

The "Bursting With Joy Bouquet" was a huge flop! Only a fraction of the beauty represented by the high gloss marketing photo was evident. Truly, I was embarrassed when my friend texted me a digital picture - the floral arrangement looked messy with dark burgundy and completely lacked the orange pops of color bursts depicted in the floral PR advertisement. The front-facing star lily was bent!

Precision to detail and celebratory orange flowers were principle draws of your merchandising tactics that led me to ultimately purchase the splendidly configured bouquet. Unfortunately, the final product was not high-end and failed to live up to its name - there was no joy, only drab.

To the company's credit there was one commendable, eye-popping visual of the floral arrangement: the breathtakingly beautiful yellow roses. I am grateful for the swift customer service response via email along with the 30% merchandise refund; though, it should have been 90% since I ordered the arrangement 12/21/2022, allowing for an entire 7 days to fill my order according to website marketing visuals. I feel drained and somewhat defrauded with partial economic remedy disproportionate to the loss of face and energies expended to rectify this miseable faux pas.

I WAS TOTALLY EMBARASSED BY THE BASKET I ORDERED TO BE DELIVERED TO MY DAUGHTER FOR HER SPECIAL DAY. VERY EXPENSIVE AND MISLEADING. LOOKED LIKE A CHEAP FLEA MARKET DESIGN.SUPPOSED TO LOOK LIKE #2  PICTURE...BUT I GOT #1! $60 WASTED!

Sent my order to two different florist and got an email saying delivered but my brother said it never came
So pissed because my sister in law mom died of cancer on Tuesday
Wanted to send flowers since they live many states away
So angry at this scamming company

I ordered one day before flowers for a funeral.
No call, No Flowers.
When I called they offered a larger bouquet off flowers.
I said the Funeral was over. I asked for refund, they said would only give a partial.
After going back and forth they agreed to a full refund
Stay far away from them.

The most dishonest company I have ever dealt with! I ordered two different orders that never arrived on the date that was ordered! And when I tried to contact them to find out where my order had gone, there were always different excuses! 5 days later the first order arrived! Disaster! The chocolate had burst, The ice bag that is supposed to keep it cold was only water in it, Everything looked disgusting and messy! I requested my money back! Hope to get them soon! This is a joke! Do not order anything from this site! They are a big joke and fool the customers when you contact them they lie about it being sent but in fact it wasn't!

Ordered the sunflower boquet as a get well gift for my niece in the hospital. Purchased the large boquet (her favorite)2 balloons and a teddy bear. The only thing correct was the teddy bear! Boquet had one small sunflower One of the balloons was deflated. When I sent them an email to let them know my dissatisfaction they said they sent me a 35% refund! Really? I spent over a 120.00 save your money DONOT order from this company.

Do not use this place... go directly thru a local florist!
My mother's birthday flowers never got delivered, then they did not know what happened, then they told me they did not deliver to her area. BS took me three days to get my money back, which they still wanted to deliver her flowers three days later: (

I placed an order for two different arrangements going to the same address on the Saturday before Mother's Day (the 7th). I received two emails stating that they were delivered on the 7th. First arrangement arrived on the 8th at 8:26 AM. The second arrived on Monday the 9th at 10:00 PM and was left on the doorstep. The flowers were not what was ordered, not even the color yellow that was ordered. The flowers were very sparse with a lot of greenery. Definitely not worth the money.

Horrible service. Flowers did not arrive as scheduled. Arrived next day at 2pm, after repeated attempts to get some help. Was refunded a portion, but then found out flowers she received did not look at all like I ordered (or what company makes you think you ordered). 2nd pic is what I supposedly ordered (wanted lots of purple and sunflowers) and 1st is what she received.

Flowers were not what I paid for. Tulips were not the right color and quantity was not correct! I insisted a full refund but was offered on 20.00 dallars

Ordered a bouquet of roses, and edible arrangements for my girlfriend birthday jan 28th, the roses came a day early on the 27th, the araangements have yet to come, they supposedly refunded my money, its march 11th, my bank still have gotten my reversed payment from them

Ordered my daughter the "Best of luck" bouquet. Was supposed to be delivered by 6pm. It is now 7pm and the flowers are still not there. Representative states the florist is now closed so he is unable to confirm my delivery. Requested a full refund. Was offered 10% refund then a 30% refund. I needed this arrangement today not tomorrow so that was not an acceptable offer to me. Representative put me on hold to talk to supervisor. When came back on the line a full refund was given.

Wanted to send a friend flowers in the hospital to cheer her up. Found the "Be Happy Bouquet" in a cute yellow smiley face mug, how could you not smile. The description said "the best part is that the mug, after a good washing, is reusable. This really will bring them a smile day after day. Perfect for morning coffee or afternoon tea. This yellow treat is worth giving." See pics below...
Perfect. She posted her Bouquet on Facebook, but there was no smiley mug. That was the sole reason why we chose that arrangement. After speaking to someone at the company, we were issued a measly 20% refund. The mug was certainly worth 50%. What a let down in both cases. I call that FALSE ADVERTISING... shame on you!

I will never use this company again. I ordered flowers for my mom, she loves sunflowers. Flowers for you had a beautiful arrangement posted, so I ordered them. First of all, they DO NOT prearrange the flowers. Second the flowers didn't look like the picture at all. Not even close. Again, I DO NOT recommend this company. I will post a picture of their "arrangement" vs. what we got.

I ordered the flowers a week before valentines and they told me I'd receive i confirmation email or phone text and I didn't get either. Now that it's valentines and she didn't get her flowers I called them and they said they lost my order. So now my girlfriend has no flowers and I'm out 70+ dollars.

Flowers were sent to me by a dear friend - she would be horrified by what actually showed up - far worse than the cheapest bunch at a gas station. They look like a few weeds thrown together. I haven't the heart to tell her how they look, but I know I will be warning her to never use this service again and I will be telling everyone I know the same. At times such as these when life has been difficult for so many - how does this company have the nerve to rip people off the way they are doing time and time again. Do you have no shame? Scammers plain and simple...

Ordered for same day delivery, daughter is going through a divorce, kids both have covid. I wanted something to brighten their day. Did NOT arrive same day, and it was almost noon today before received. I WILL NOT use them again.
See pics below, 1st one what was received, 2nd one was what I ordered. Similar, my being upset was more over when/if they were ever going to get there.
