FAILED RE-ORDER!

Ordered Daisy & Rose Delight. 1st time TRASH. Re-order STILL WRONG - NO DAISIES, NO ROSES! ZERO!

I wish I could give them a negative 5 stars. I ordered flowers for my grandmother's funeral that were scheduled to be delivered on the 27th of June to my aunt's house so that she could take them to the church on the morning of the 28th. Although the tracking system stated that they were still on schedule to arrive on the 27th, they never arrived. I called customer support to find out where they were. The rep was very unhelpful constantly repeating that they are sorry but the florist never confirmed but they would be delivered sometime on the 28th. This was unsatisfactory since the funeral was on the 28th. After much back and forth I was finally transferred to a supervisor who guaranteed me that the flowers would be delivered to the church by 8am and I would receive a full refund for the flower arrangement. I thought everything was resolved... wrong! I get a call the morning of the 28th by a supervisor stating that they are unable to delivery the flowers to the church since the florist doesn't open till 9am. So they will allow me to have a "complementary" flower arrangement up to the amount I paid and have them delivered where ever I want. WHAT?! So I said what about the original flowers, he said those will be delivered, your money has been refunded. So I said, so I can order another $$$ of flowers since you messed up again and he said yes. So after I picked out some flowers they called back and said, okay where do you want the flowers sent. I said to the original address and here is my order for the other flowers. He then said oh no you can't order more flowers because we are now delivering the original flowers and you got a refund! I said, that is not what you told me in our first call and how are you going to say that since the original flowers are being delivered we are even, you messed up twice. They were supposed to be delivered on the 27th they were not... they were supposed to be delivered to the church on the morning of the 28th they were not. And now you are basically calling to tell me sorry they will get there when they get there on the 28th? After going back and forth him saying he never said he would credit me an additional amount and that I'm getting a refund and the flowers that its resolved, ARE YOU KIDDING ME! How can you literally mess up delivery time twice. This is not a birthday arrangement these are flowers for my grandmothers funeral. I received the free arrangement and refund for the mess up on the 27th and now they messed up for the morning delivery of the 28th and they have the nerve to say sorry but you got your refund and the flowers will get there... I mean that is not the point! I needed them at the church on the 28th not sitting outside my Aunts house wilting in the sun till they get home. SORRY, BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THEM. After asking to speak with a supervisor and waiting on hold, I was finally speaking to someone and got disconnected as she was seeing what she could do to help me make the second mess up right. Now I have to call them back again... and go thru this process again. Order from someone else!
UPDATE:
They did not resolve the second delivery mess up! So the flowers I ordered won't be delivered to the church on the 28th. They will be delivered sometime on the 28th (no they could not tell me when). Save yourself the headache don't buy from them!
