Same story as other posters. Ordered pair of shoes and received a knock off pair of Nike runners not worth the price of the box they came in. I contacted *******@gmail.com and got some stupid story about their warehouse sending out the wrong order. They then offered me £15 refund and to resell the Copy Nikes. I refused and despite numerous emails since I have received absolutely nothing from them. Is there any legal way of reporting these people for fraud.

Ordered some shoes through this web site however over a month on, no sign of products (possibly still on the way as items being shipped from china). Requested tracking of order - no link given. Credit card company challenging the payment taken.
This is scam website. Sending wrong cheap items and refusing to refund full price. Paid 80 pounds for Dr. martens and received some cheaply made trainers branded Adidas and now they offered me 20 pounds refund. SCAM

I've contacted them to ask for return/refund and the answer was:

I replied that it's ridiculous and demanded full refund; they asked to send them photo's of the product and the box; I did it immediately... AND... they disappeared forever! No sign of life anymore. It's month now since the photos were sent.
It is called deception and irresponsibility. The customer is in another country meaning they can swindle them Scot-free. What a filth!
And the payment was made through bebestonline.com. Of course I've contacted them too and there was no reaction either.
