We ordered cake and plants for valentines day and give the time slot 11-2pm they delivered in the night at 9.30 when we raised complain for 2-3time. The order they deliver was different than what we ordered and flowers pots were muddt. After looking at plant no one will have a feeling like gift. Not recommend for gifts.
Ordered a cake for valentines delivery in Patiala well in advance. No delivery till three days waiting. No response to an email that was sent a day ago? Was advised on auto reply that someone will contact in two hours? Got reply back next day that we are working hard to deliver your cake. Instead of apologies. I asked for a refund as the day is gone with lot of frustration. These guys are ruthless won't care for your emotions all they need is our money money. No refund so far despite asking them to cancel the delivery. Now got another email saying your cake has been delivered but there is no cake delivered so far. Rippers

I ordered it to get it deliver by valentine day and look it's already 1 day delay and still no response from the query which I submitted online it's such a waste of time and efficiency ordering from here I would not order again!

I ordered a plant and cake for valentine's day but they delivered the wrong plant even though the had the option of same day delivery. Very disappointed because it ruined the ocassion for me. Please stay away.

I had placed order for flowers. They have not deliver as promised. I had made payment online, don't know how to recover my money. They are not responding to calls also. Instead of making online ordering and loosing our hard earned money. I should made a offline purchase.

Worst product. Doesnt match atleast 30% with the pic shown on website. Save ur money and purchase from a local shop. If dat is not possible, go for fnp. Delivery too will not be in that window but charge you extra saying priority. Do yourself favor and save your money. U will defnetly be dissappointed if u want some specially arranged flowers.

I booked my flowers and gifts yesterday for Valentine's day.My order number is *******. Itvwas to be delivered in Delhi before 3 pm.The charges were understandably high because of V day. But even after whole day the flowers were not delivered. I registered my complaint at their site 6 pm but even then noone reverted. Whole day I kept trying their customer care, never got through. This is utter fraud! My money of INR 728 is gone! Beware of them... just don't use their services!

My daughter from America ordered flowers as a surprise Valentine gift for me. Her mother.it's 6 in the evening and no news of the flowers. I tried calling customer care and someone in Delhi answered and was extremely rude and when I asked for the delivery guys number, he rudely replied that he does not have the number and all I need to do is wait. I live in blore and the company give it to third party people to deliver. Basically floweraura do not take responsibility for the commitment they promise on the website.

Never use their services. I must have ordered more than 10 items but over 70% of the items had issues with the quality or missing items. They are not someone you should trust with your order.

Ordered lillies from floweraura. The order was placed based on a picture of a bouquet in a round vase. But the product was delivered in an unimpressive long vase. Also there was no baby breath added which was there in the picture. The lillies has not bloomed even after 30hrs now. Only plus was timely delivery. Quiet disappointed.
