I wished to deliver a plant to my father on his birthday as I live in out of India. I planed to order from this site but the experience of this chat support is very horrible. I chatted on their chat help one of useless man Raaj wrote "allow me a moment and never replied till 20 minutes. I think I saved myself to go with a fraud site.

I had ordered a bouquet of teddies from their website. They order was placed and payment was successful.
Then i get a message that the same color of teddies is not available can we change it to pink and white instead to which i agreed. I requested them to send me the picture of the bouquet before delivery to ensure if it was appropriate and they did not do so. Finally i was horrified with what was delivered and have written to them multiple times to take it back and refund the money but now nobody is responding. They sent a bundle of local road side pink teddies that look like pigs just tied together in a cluster. Their service is horrible and most untrustworthy. They really can ruin any special occasion stay away from them.

I ORDERED FOR A Niloufer-E-Hayat WORTH RS. 1299 AND A Tempting Truffle Cake WORTH RS. 1365 BUT IT WAS NOT WORTH THE PRICE WITH THE POOREST SERVICE.
I HAD PLACED MY ORDER 2 DAYS WELL IN ADVANCE BEFORE THE DELIVERY DATE WITH A FIXED TIME DELIVERY(RS. 200 EXTRA) BETWEEN 11 AM - 12 NOON. BUT WAS NOT FULFILLED AT ALL.
IN Niloufer-E-Hayat, INSTEAD OF PINK ROSES, RED ROSES WERE PLACED AND THE CAKE WAS ALSO STALE AND BADLY PRESENTED. MOREOVER ARRANGEMENT FOR PINK ROSES COULD'NT BE MADE IN TWO DAYS TIME AND THEY JUST REFUSED ANY OTHER ARRANGEMENT AT THE VERY LAST MOMENT. THE DELIVERY WAS ANYHOW MADE BY 3 PM.
NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED FOR ANY KIND OF PURCHASE.

It doesn't matter the items they show on the website for particular order, they just swap the items whichever is cheaper or available. They don't even ask before doing this and try to keep their profit high. Poor Quality, Poor customer assistance and Cheap service!

Answer: I was also confused after reading the reviews... but my experience with them was gud... i had ordered pineapple cake and chocolates on my brother's anniversary... they delivered my order in fixed time( within 3 hrs) and the cake was fresh and tasty... cant say about flowers as i have not ordered them...
