The cake I ordered for my fiance is simply a disaster for him. Taste is worst and the quality of cake is totally poor, kindly improve the quality of your product otherwise stop doing this business. Don't play with people's health. Truly disappointed with your service FlowerAura. Literally worst cake :(
I had ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's day. The whole day went by only on trying to contact the customer care and following up with regards to the status of my order. The customer care number was busy the entire day and the live chat option is useless cause first you number in the waiting queue is probably quite far and then the person on the chat does not reply.
They delivered the flowers the next day. The bouquet quality was also very mediocre. They are a bunch of fools who do not understand the importance of a special occasion so better buy flowers from the florist directly and save yourself from all the hassle.
I ordered flowers and a black forest cake for my wife on Valentines day and Floweraura really screwed up the occasion. They delivered flowers that were almost dead and a cake that was completely smashed beyond recognition. If I was running a business, I would be ashamed to deliver such products to my customers. On top of that, their chat service was not helpful at all. When i managed to get someone online, all they did was say "Hi, how may I help you" and that was the end of the chat. No one responded after that. They didn't even wrap the flowers in the correct paper. I have uploaded pictures showing what I ordered (Website photo) and what was delivered to my wife.
They are the worst delivery service in the country.
Not only do they not deliver on time but they lie about attempting to deliver and then refuse a refund.
I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day to be delivered to the Taj Calicut for my wife who was scheduled to fly in and check in that day. Since she would have been unavailable on the phone while on flight, I coordinated with the hotel reception and security which is available 24/7 to accept the flowers.
There was no delivery on 14th nor was there an attempt on the 15th.
When I got in touch with them on the 16th I was told they tried calling my wife and attempting a delivery and since she was unavailable they could not deliver. That's a blatant lie. She has missed call alerts and there was no attempt to call her. Neither did anyone come to the hotel to deliver.
When I asked for a refund I was told since the flowers are perishable they will not refund the money.
Such pathetic and abysmally poor customer service.
Do not order from these cheats.
I will be taking them to consumer court.
Flowers were NEVER DELIVERED even after so many emails and calls from us! "Customer care" said sending an email counts as delivery! Never use FlowerAura, they will just eat your money. I gave one star but they should have zero.
If any of you want to ruin your special occasion and all surprise plans then this a best place. Zero commitment, poor service, worst customer service. Still I am feeling the disappointment...
I ordered roses on Valentine's day. The product is not delivered and if we connect with support, waiting for long time on chat they say hi and disconnect. I won't encourage this kind of sites who just triples money saying high demand and not even deliver it. Don't ever shop in this site. Worst service.

Hello All, I wanted to deliver flower on the occasion of valentines day 2020. I paid 749 for a flower bouquet. I have not received the order. There is no way contact them and worst customer service. Please don't go for this company. They are worst in the market.
I have booked flower priorder of three days, even I paid extra charge. My order no. *******. No order delivered to time. Even No reply from email/ phone. Absolutely vst of time money. I can say that consumers chitter. I suggested wouldn't go with this company. Fail to serving as per they proscribed in his web.

Floweraura had such a bad service. I ordeed such an expensive Flower and cake for my wife. They charge premium few for Valentine's day & Delivery charges & still didn't deliver the order. Tried Reach out to customer service but phone was always busy & no call back. And via chat just a standard response in one line we will deliver your order today & no reply that by what time will they deliver. When asked to return the money & cancel the order, no response on that either. They are fraud. I should have ferns n petals or should have called any local flower shop instead of there service for the first time.
Worse service. They don't fulfill orders on time and will spoil your occasion. Worse customer care. They should close down their crappy business.
I ordered a red rose bouquet for my friend. It was delivered in the morning as i told them to and the roses were very fresh.So the timely delivery and their service took me by surprise. Looking forward to order next.

If you ever want to send flowers to India, please do NOT ever use the florist by the name of Flower Aura. The bouquet of orchids and roses, which I ordered for my mother, were all dying within a day. This company is a total rip-off!

Why are your eggless Pineapple cakes time and again BITTER?
VERY GOOD PRESENTATION AND FLOWER BOUQUETS. Timely deliveries every time with intimation sent to the sender appropriately. But Bitters cakes spoil the mood and the occasion.
And lastly, if in the request for feedback FlowerAura mail, you choose the number 3 face or lower, it will lead you to a Page not found 404 error. But if you choose no. 5 excellent, then you can write a review!

Answer: I was also confused after reading the reviews... but my experience with them was gud... i had ordered pineapple cake and chocolates on my brother's anniversary... they delivered my order in fixed time( within 3 hrs) and the cake was fresh and tasty... cant say about flowers as i have not ordered them...
