Today we tried to order a Birthday for my Mumma. And we wanted to be deliver today midnight before 12 but online we did not get any time slot and we were disappointed to see this. And then we contacted the support team through Chat Box. And Mr. Manish responded my query very quickly and he gave very quick response to resolve our query to help us. and he made the cake delivery by today itself.

I ordered cake yesterday for an occasion from floweraura. Earlier I ordered flowers but this time I ordered combo cake and flowers. While I cut the cake to my surprise I found a finger nail. I threw away whole cake in dustbin. When I contacted flower aura they asked to send pic of nail. I sent the cake cut pic but not a pic with nail. Bcoz I didn't expect while I'm serving my guests, I found this. I didn't get any help from flower aura; for this disgusting experience I faced. I need some justice in this regard

I'm looking for the gift to my friend in India. This website is very helpful. Because I just got to know a good new and have no time to prepare anything. So I came on this site. I don't know much about this site. So I choose to contact support. I don't think nobody will reply at this time, because it's too late night and then I got reply no more 5 min. I talked to Rashid.
Rashid helped me a lot for all the processes. When I don't know what to buy till done with payment and also Helped me recheck my order again. I don't know what to say. Can say only "Excellent service"
Now I'm waiting for the order will be delivery tomorrow and hope it will be the same like in the photos haha

Best place to order cakes and flowers! I have been using their service for the past 3 to 4 years. They will only remind you of birthdays coming up.!
Had ordered cake and flowers and suddenly decided the give a suprise by getting it a day earlier so we can celebrate at night itself.
Very simple just chat with Karishma their representative and in a minute the change was done. No hassles.
