I have placed several orders with Floryday and have yet to be disappointed with either the product or the great service. On a couple of occasions when I wanted to return what I had purchased, this was done quickly and efficiently and the money went into my account without any hassle. Their selection is fantastic and wide ranging and, as a very satisfied customer, I will be shopping with them again.
Product looks nothing like photos. Sizing is awful - items very, very poor quality. Returns process is deliberately set up to prevent returns Return address has not postcode. Fake reviews and then spend their times getting negative reviews removed without solving problems. Refunds take 60 days and then are not paid in full. £32 out of pocket so far. Facebook reviews from fake accounts - the issues and lies go on... AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I placed an order for items on March 27,2020. As of April 24,2020 I have not received my order. I contacted Floryday via email and within 24 hours I had a response. They apologize for the delay in receiving my order and offered me a full refund for the order. The refund was posted to my credit card within 48 hours. I will give them another chance.
A discount visually attracts its consumer. And already for a year, I have been a regular customer of Floryday who is completely satisfied with the service methods and the goods that I bought.

I ordered a dress in size large going by the size guide. After reading some other reviews, I emailed them and asked to make it an XL. They emailed back fairly quickly and complied with my request. I'm glad I did because the XL only just fits. Overall I am happy with the service I received. The dress was pretty much as per the picture however the finishes are not so great - the hem is not level etc. and it had creases pressed into it in strange places that took some steaming to get out.
My only problem was delivery time and the fact that the money was taken from my Visa A/c before I received the goods.
After initial problems Im pleased to report that the company responded To me immediately with a refund

I really like Floryday website. They offer many different styles of dresses and for a very reasonable price. The only thing I didn't like was their shipping time. It took almost a month to get my order. So if you order something and you need it by a certain date, make sure you expect at least 3-4 weeks shipping time. Also, their sizes run small so you should order either one or two sizes up.

Just received my order yesterday. I was disgusted... this is the worst quality of clothing i have ever seen! These dresses are made with the cheapest fabric ever... no designer tags of any sort... so it was probably made at someones' home. Just disgusted that this sham is allowed to happen. Never again... won't buy anything else from overseas!

I purchased 2 summer dresses which were delivered today. Unfortunately, the fit was not suitable for me - I found the sizing quite small. Floryday have just offered me a full refund (excluding the original shipping costs) - which I think is very fair. And now I can add that the refund came through within a week of purchase.
I chose "expedited shipping" and i received the dress on time, and i loved it! And i also cancelled one order and received a refund for it within one week.
I was contacted by someone very helpful in Customer Service regarding my concerns about my refund.
I was satisfied with the prompt reply to my concerns.

I thougt I did not receive a confirmation of order. The customer help department suggested to look in my spam box. And there it was. My blouse has already been shipped.
This dress is more like an over layer. Cannot be worn by itself without a slip or body dress underneath. In that respect the picture isn't quite accurate. However, once you have an unerlayer it is really pretty and super cute with boots. Still a good value for the price.

Although the return proces of Floryday orders is quite complicated. You do not find a return adres on the website, and cannot download a form on the site, but have to contact customer service. Once I had contact with costumer service and got the UK adres to return the order everything went very quick and smoothly. I sent the items back and recieved the full refund only 2 working days later. The customer service replied all my emails and also promissed that they are working on improving the procedure.
On the 5th of July I placed an order for a couple of t shirts and dresses, the order arrived on the 24th July ( three weeks later) - all items are very cheap quality and do not fit. I want to return them, but that does not go as easy as usual internet stores. You have to contact custom services first, wait 24 hours for their reply... well I hope I can get rid of this worthless fabrics soon and get my refund
Initially, FloryDay did not respond to my complaints but after commenting adversely on SiteJabber, they have now refunded a certain amount off my first order and the postage from my second order. I'm awaiting the amounts to be transferred into my account but so far I'm pleased with their customer service.
