I ordered a rose gold magnetic phone charger on January 27 2017. I emailed them on February 10 to see if they had been mailed yet. We only live 1 hour south of them. Never heard a response. It is now March 5th. Really? Wish I would have done my research first! I want a refund from them!

Terrible customer service

I have never experienced such poor customer service. I ordered two mother and daughter bracelets for Christmas but instead received one bracelet in a different design. After several emails I eventually got a response telling me to send a photo of the wrong item, which I duly sent. I have since heard nothing more. The bracelets have never arrived. I can't decide whether to just give up or to pursue the company for failure to comply with distance selling regulations on a matter of principle. My advice is not to buy from this company in the first place!

SCAM!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered four items on December 5th. It took them 18 days to ship anything. When I finally received the package only one of the four items was shipped. I've contacted the company several times including once through the Better Business Bureau and they have still not delivered the remaining items that I paid for. Stay away from this company. The low prices are obviously a draw to get you to spend money and they balance the books by robbing others assuming not many will follow through the constant nagging it takes to get them to deliver.

This site is very misleading. I ordered the hanging cat pendant that was supposed to be 925 Sterling Silver and a turquoise teardrop pendant. The cat and chain were obviously not silver of any kind and looked like cheap plastic. The teardrop was in a package marked dark blue and was not as pretty as what was shown online.
This company doesn't tell you they are in another country either so your credit card company may charge you a foreign transaction fee.
I contacted the company about the incorrect items(no Sterling Silver cats and wrong color pendant) and they wanted them returned but won't pay for the shipping, even though they sent the wrong stuff! They were willing to let me keep the items and give me 50% off my next order... No thanks! I don't want any of their poorly made(in China) items.

Love you more bracelet

I've order a love you more bracelet in gold and they sent me silver.Ive gave it my friend so ordered another made sure it said gold. Its just come and its silver again. They don't look at there orders properly. I'm very disappointed with this company. Never order again from them no stars for you guys

This is a SCAM!

The people behind this company are obviously running a scam. I ordered the Hanging Cat Pendant. When it arrived it was not sterling silver as they had advertise but cheap coloured plastic, made in China. I messaged them regarding a refund several times. No answer. I posted on their FB page and received a reply promising a refund. Then my post mysteriously disappeared from their page. I have not had any response from them since. Several other peoples posts to their FB page containing complaints have 'disappeared' within hours of being posted. They have now blocked me from posting. It's obvious that they do not intend to refund me. I'm afraid that I find it hard to believe that any positive posts on here are genuine. This is a SCAM that they are running. I also believe that they have set up under another company name of Ashley Jewels which I suspect will behave in the same way. No telephone, no response to customer complaints and no refunds.

Too bad I didn't read these reviews before ordering. My order was delivered in a timely manner but I ordered two leather bracelets and like other reviewers found the quality to be very poorly made. The plastic wrap was sealed with a sticker - made in China.
I too can not give these as gifts. Complete waste of money.

Expect to be disappointed

I ordered 2 identical bracelets that arrived quickly and we're still wrapped in their cheap "made in China" wrapping. They are horrible and nothing like the item shown. They are not a quality product at all, and for the company to say that they have previously sold them for such a high price is, quite simply, impossible. Save your money you can get better quality from the market!

Dreadful company

I placed an order nearly 2 months ago and have still not received my jewellery, despite their website saying ships within 24 hours, and them apologising to me and saying it would leave in 3 - 5 working days. 10 days later and they have not responded to my last email and no sign of either a refund or my goods being sent. I am not at all happy and would advise people not to purchase from this company, especially as they say on their website 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

Bad customer service
December 21, 2021

Ordered a gift for my granddaughter, something she picked out. Money was taken out right away. Item not rec'd, emails go unanswered, phone number isn't legit! So now I'm out the money……. Not happy.

I ordered a couple of items for Christmas. It has come and gone and I still haven't received my items. I received a shipping notice Dec 18. Still nothing! Terrible company. They take days to respond to email. Never answer their FB messages. 24 hour turn around time my foot! Will never ever order from them again. Wish I had read the reviews first!

Terrible

This company is a scam if there ever was one. I got a bracelet a few months ago, and can't return it or get a refund. The size was big enough to fit a large woman's ankle, and the quality very cheap. Save your money, do not buy from these people.

Was stupid enough to order some stuff from them without checking the reviews first. After two weeks there is still no response. Also, the emails they send me are just tons of spam without any information that is relevant, such as a link to my account or a status update on the order. They were kind enough to send me a voucher (GBP 2.00 lol) as compensation for the delay but I doubt I will use it.

My story isn't over yet; was the bracelet I ordered... it was way to large... but not only that the material is horrible ad has turned from silver color to copper color within a couple of wears. They sent me a replacement bracelet another of equal price of my choice... same poor quality... DON'T wast your money!

This company is a scam! Placed my order on 2 December and not heard a thing from them apart from taking my money! No response to emails and no contact number can be found anywhere. Disgusting, how do they live with themselves taking money from people who work hard for it! I wish I'd found these reviews before ordering. They do not even deserve the one star I had to give!

Wish I would've read the reviews before ordering. My sister found a watch she loved on the website, so I wanted to get it for her for Christmas. Ordered in November... still nothing. The only email I got was them saying they confirmed my order (aka took my money). This is a rip-off. Don't trust them, don't order from them! Best part? You can only contact them through e-mail. No phone number, no address. I should have seen the signs...

I placed two orders on the same day only a couple hours apart. For 2 weeks my tracking number said the "label was prepared for shipping". I contacted the company and they did respond telling me they were overwhelmed with orders and were working hard to fill positions to improve service and my item would be delivered in 3-4 days. 7 days later I received 1 of the orders but another 7 days later I am still waiting for the second order. An email I sent them has not been returned.

The order I received was great. I love the detail and craftsmanship, just wish they were more reliable.

It is very unlikely I will order from them again. In this era of Drove delivery service, waiting a month for delivery is not acceptable. This company has some serious supply chain management issues.

I bought several bracelets from this company. Initially I was very pleased with my purchase. The bracelets were beautiful. In one of the bracelet sets, there was one that was stretched out and much bigger than the rest. They said they would send a replacement bracelet. I had to wait several weeks for them to do so. After several attempts to contact the customer service dept. I finally got satisfaction nearly a month later. All in all the jewelry is very nice. The customer service is a little lacking, but I would still buy from this company again.

I think the scrum moved another level up. I purchased a dashboard camera and paid by paypal. The item was defective so I tried to contact the seller. I was surprised to find out that this company does not sell electronics but jewels! How come they are still in business? Where is the company located?
