Ordered for Christmas gifts on December 6. Charge to my credit card processed immediately. Checked after a week because no shipment. Was told it would be delivered within five to ten days. Delivered on December 27, too late for Christmas, although I'm not sure I would have given as gifts as the watches and necklace looked very cheap. Have requested refund twice. The response from the company was that the merchandise was delivered. Yes, it was. Two days after Christmas. Very disappointed in this company, their merchandise and especially their service. Never again!
Ordered Christmas items on Dec 3 with free shipping - should've known that meant I might never see the items? The sent an email 3-4 days ago that said my items (2 out of 3) had shipped. However, tracking still says only that the shipping label has been printed. Email response from them only covered my question as to why only 2 of the 3 items ordered and paid for were listed - it's on back order. Nothing as to why its taking so long. Should have read these horrible reviews...
On December 5th I ordered a couple of items for Christmas. We'll christmas has come and gone and I still haven't received my items. What's the point of mail order if you can't receive the item on time after ordering it well in advance. Terrible company. Will never ever order from them again. Wish I had read the reviews first!
I ordered from this company on 16 July. They took my money straight away, No information on order status other than to say "unfulfilled" on my account page. Emailed them on 24 July to ask when I can expect despatch. No reply. Opened dispute with paypal on 27 July, no response from them. Finally receive an email today, 29 July to say items despatched. No signature on email so no-one to reply to.
Very poor. Haven't seen the items yet but I won't use them again even if good quality.
I was a bit concerned after placing an order before I had read these reviews. However, although I didn't realise at the time that the company was not in the UK, my order was delivered ok albeit a month after ordering and it was over the Xmas period. Some people have said quality isn't good but then the quality of the goods I ordered is to be expected for £4.99. I'm happy with the delivery time coming from the States and quality is ok.
I ordered two bracelets as Christmas gifts-- the bangle was fine but the one that required a lobster clasp for fastening has no clasp at all. Mistakes happen, but I have written to them twice (using the customer service email address from their site), AND they have not responded to either e-mail. So I will clearly not get a replacement in time for Christmas. What a scam!
I ordered things on 2. 7. 16 and am still awaiting delivery.
I can cope with a delayed delivery but am now experiencing the ignorance of having my requests for updates ignored... I will never do business with you again.
The last review could have been me. Items incorrectly ordered by me but returned immediately with tracking order number. Just the beginning of my troubles. Seven emails and almost two months later still have not received two items requested but only one. In addition they "kindly" resent me the two items that I incorrectly ordered in the first place. The net result is that only one of two daughters received her bracelet. For the future do not go near this company with a fifty foot barge pole!
I ordered several pieces for gifts, received items right away, was completely satisfied but had to return for refund (changed gift idea to something else for teenager!) The return process was quick and easy and NO hassle whatsoever! I was so relieved to deal w/ such a nice company. BTW... I had emailed them a couple times and someone answered every email I sent. I will continue to shop and refer friends to their site!
Absolutely shocking service. Bought two items, one for my son and one for my daughter. Weeks later and neither have arrived, although money went from my account very quickly! Emails have been ignored as have comments on their fb page. Seems many others are having the same problem and comments get deleted from their page. I'm disgusted by their conduct and amazed they are allowed to get away with taking people's money! Stay well away!

I ordered a bracelet in June of this year and it has yet to arrive 5 months later. I have contacted them by email at least five times and been told various excuses as to why I had not received my item. Frankly at this stage I'm holding my hands up to being completely had by this lot.
3-5 business days for shipping is an absolute joke. It has been 3 weeks, still nothing. USPS has a label created but nothing since then. I emailed them and got a response that they are sorry and gave me a 20% off for my next purchase for my inconvenience. I will never order from them again. I have looked everywhere for a phone number so I can speak to someone and can't find an actual phone number anywhere. Now they are not responding to my emails. Does anyone actually get merchandise from this company? Does anyone have a phone number for them?
Terrible customer service! I have e-mailed and sent messages regarding an order I paid for and didn't receive. They do NOT respond! I could handle a simple apology and explanation, but to totally avoid and ignore customers is unacceptable!
I was going to order several items from this company for my granddaughter's but after reading the reviews…decided not too. I don't need the stress that 99.9% of those who have posted reviews have had. Sounds like the company needs to get their act together.
I bought 4 items for my husband, daughter, son and myself. Small gifts that said it all. Really impressed with the speed they were sent out and the quality of the items. I will definitely be back. After all Christmas is just around the corner. Xx

Following my recent concerns with this company, I am pleased to note that I have had two emails to say my order is in transit so fingers crossed.
After 15 days my goods arrived and they look lovely. They need to work on actual communication if they get emails. But once they have packed the goods the updates are good
Took forever to get order, and an item was missing.
I emailed them informing them... no response.
Kept getting emails trying to get me to buy more... I responded to one of those (same email address) stating my problem. Still no response.
I replied emailed them again, this time I got a returned email from server because I am now blocked.
Will be calling my bank to report fraud!
I bought a Mother-Daughter bracelet for Christmas and the chain broke on it the following day. This collection of jewelry this industry sells is a rip off. Do not waste your money. Imagine my embarrassment! A total waste of money. I will NEVER order anything from this establishment again. The inscription read "The love between a Mother and Daughter is Forever. Pitiful!
Answer: I suggest you cancel your order and immediately (like right now) apply for a refund from PayPal or your credit card company. This is another way this scam of a company tries to hang on to your money without sending any of their junk jewelry to you.
Answer: It took almost 2 weeks for me and I received a discount voucher for the long wait. I had hardly any response to 3 chase emails. The website/Facebook page makes you feel it's a homely company making fairly good quality goods but in fact it's all made in China and you are truly getting what you pay for as nothing I bought was expensive. I doubt I'll use them again but ok for trinkets.
