There should have been free wifi on the bus. Driver said no wifi. I complained and asked for partial refund. They replied "our records indicate that this ticket is non-refundable and has no refund value. We regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate your request."
I travelled with my son from Singapore to Germany and Italy for a holiday. I booked this bus online to save money. I booked it from munich to milan and back to munich Airport. My onward journey to milan was delayed by 30 min...the extra money I paid for the front seats was dishonored and I was made to sit somewhere at the back...the toilet in the bus was also not working. We tolerated this for 6 hours of our journey.
The return journey from milan lampugnano to munich Airport was hell...the bus was late again by half an hour
We had a transfer at verona. The bus from milan dropped us off at verona at some god forsaken place at 8.45 pm. Our connector bus was supposed to arrive at 9.55 pm.was delayed to 11.23 pm. We waited patiently sitting on the floor with mosquitoes bombarding us...the bus either didn't arrive or left without stopping to pick us up.how can they leave customers who have paid up for the trip and just go? So freaking unscrupulous...
I was in tears by this time as no one who was waiting for the other flix buses spoke anything except Italian...no taxis...no train.everything was closed.
It was soon 12.30 am...another flix bus. This one to munich Zob came.we begged the driver to take us in.he refused.but budged when we offered him 100 euros...such $#*!s! When we had a valid ticket from their company.
Yet we were thankful and got on the bus then alighted at the ZOB and then tool a train to the munich airport as we were completely out of money...this experience was pure hell...
No Stars this is a Scam
I booked my daughter's ticket in November for the Christmas holidays. When she arrived at the bus the bus driver scanned her ticket and wouldn't let her on the bus saying her bus was rescheduled to 1pm instead of the 5:30pm bus. She showed him her ticket confirmation and he still wouldn't let her on. She will miss our family Christmas and be by herself over the holidays.
It's always terrible! No one ever knows where the buses depart from, and the drivers leave whenever they want, even if the passengers who bought tickets in advance did not get on the bus! The driver just decided to go early and sneeze, they wanted you to waste your time and money! The service does not return money and you will be guilty and have nothing to prove.
Already dealing with a chick who's been a real pain for me & they have a no refund policy when she didn't cancel the first ticket. There's no $#*! in that seat and you're still charging me like there is. Avoid these people if you don't wanna be ripped off. I did an act of charity & this is how they act. Whether it's a stated policy or not, what a class act. Now I've come to find out the first bus never came and they won't refund me for that. They also wouldn't give me her email so I could make sure she was safe; I know it's a policy but it's an emergency. This German company is no good; big surprise. I have a witness that the first bus never came.
Terrible service. The bus was late arriving and on my return trip, it was multiple hours late. I was stranded in another country during the middle of the night. To make matters worse, I had to pay for an expensive uber because the local trains were no longer running at my destination.
I got a highly positive experience with this company. My bus was from Panevėžys in Lithuania to Riga in Latvia. The bus driver was very friendly and he spoke my native language which is Russian while I didn't speak local language. He helped me with the luggage and taking on. Inside the bus, everything was clean and cozy. The bus is warm inside and there was a toilet inside.
Ruined my birthday, buy lying to me --- I took an Uber to be on time from I-Drive in Orlando was going to Tampa for my birthday, I arrived and there was 2 bus's this was my first time taking the bus so I go up and speak to the drive who lied to me stating they were not going to my destination -- and he even checked his GPS stated to me that my bus was still not arrived yet and was coming from the airport. So me waiting the bus ended up leaving me as I stood there in the cold walking back and forth waiting for my so called bus coming --- So today in Oralndo it was freezing another bus pulled in thinking this was my bus I tried to board and the driver stated he was going to Atlanta --- and progressed to tell me that I missed my bus and had left - It was one of the 2 buses that mind you a driver lied to me about -- I asked for a refund from customer service (oh course they are not in the USA) and they are rude and are reading a script -- mind you this was my first trip I would have taken with this option. I am going to deliver my experience to TikTok, Google, and every outlet to share my experience and how they refuse to refund my trip they don't see this as their problems even though it was one of their drivers who lied to me I have an Uber receipt that I was there on time and for the driver lying to me I would have been on the bus for my birthday trip to Tampa --- SO DON'T USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THEIFS TRYING TO KEEP MY MONEY -- ITS VERY WRONG AND I AM NOT GOING TO LET THIS GO ITS THE PRINCIPAL OF IT ALL.
