Penny Morgan from Flight Centre Ascot attended to my booking for a return flight from Brisbane to
Ho Chi Minh City - August 2024.
On arrival I was refused entry into Vietnam as my Entry Visa Shows my Date of Birth being 5 years greater than my Passport.
I was taken away to another area where I was given the option (1) to either return home to Australia immediately or option (2) pay a fee of $150 USD and my Entry Visa would be processed.
Naturally I had to pay the $150 USD - ($220.69 AUD)
Upon returning back to Australia I politely emailed Penny Morgan on what happened and that the ERROR occurred within Flight Centre and requested the matter be settled. As a business operator I use Mail Track on all my emails. I have sent her numerous polite requests to have the matter resolved and I never got a single reply. I COULD SEE HOW MANY TIMES SHE VIEWED MY FAIR REQUEST but not once did she attempt to contact me. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE SKILLS - CARE VALUE ZERO.
Overall Flight Centre has a great reputation but THIS SEVICE MANAGER is DAMAGING YOUR BUSINESS. I am the Customer and the error occurred within Flight Centre. I am the Customer trying to politely resolve a satisfactory outcome. I am the Customer that never comes back.
I booked a room in Paradise Towers Apartments Gold Coast Accommodation in Queensland Australia last month. It was a nightmare. The room was nothing more than a squatter. My wife and I stayed for one night and we had to leave the room the next night because it was that bad even though we had paid for it for two nights through Flight Centre in Australia. That $#*! Peter Nissen was no where to be seen once the key to room was handed to us. Don't be fooled by the picture on that website.
