The site is very user-friendly. I didn't have any trouble finding the perfect pocket tokens from their large selection. I didn't need customer service, but my package was delivered in record time. The construction of the lighthouse it amazing and I was very fond of the Buddha being made of different material than metal. The detail in each token is exceptional, the pictures really don't do justice. I would definitely recommend this shop and I will be a repeat customer. Thank again.

I know everyone is having shipping delays and package issues but Fitzulas was amazing. I had ordered a $#*!ens Village piece for a gift back from Macy's back in November. After receiving a "shipped"notice, no one could figure out whether or not it had truly shipped. Now it was mid -December and I had to request a refund. I thought I would never receive anything on time. This girl who answered the phones Fitzulas was amazing. With her help, I figured out a new piece and unbelievably, it showed up the very next day! I can't wait for Covid to be over and take a drive to visit this amazing store! I highly recommend!
I ordered a stuffed animal that was supposed to bark. I received the item and the sound was garbled. I contacted Fitzula's and they refunded my money without any problem but I am without the item I wanted. It seems to me that it should have been checked before it was sent. I will not take the chance of buying from them again.
