I came across Fitzula's in my search for some lizards for my cats to play with. I ordered 2 lizards at good prices, and they arrived in a timely fashion. Very good quality, exceeded expectations. Also, my cats love the lizards! The sand stuffing makes them heavier than traditional stuffed cat toys, so they feel more realistic. And of course they love the tail movement.

I ordered what I wanted to give as a gift. They took my money, they SAID it's been delivered, but won't do a single thing to find it. WHERE did driver take it? Why can I find NOTHING about delivery? I paid. I would like what I paid FOR. I only put 1 star because you can't send reviews without it.

The cross looked extremely "plastic ". Much shorter than the 7.5 inches it was supposed to be. Some areas looked like inside had shattered? When requested to return, all sorts of instructions plus I had to pay for all return costs and company would, then after receive, only refund basic cost of cross. Never order from this company again! Shoppers beware.
I am sorry that you were not happy with the Ganz Acrylic Standing Cross, which happens to be one of our top sellers. Since you sent an email asking how to return an item I provided complete instructions so there would be no confusion. I apologize if I was too wordy. In your email you stated that you were not happy with the size and the weight of the cross and did not mention any issue with the quality. Given that the item was not damaged in transit our refund policy is to only refund the cost of the item since the service of shipping has been fulfilled. Just as a clarification on the size of the cross it includes the base. When I measure one that I still have in stock the actual height is 7 3/8" which is just 1/8" shorter than stated in the product description. Again I am sorry that you were not happy with the item and we will issue a refund as soon as we receive the item back in our store.

The first time I heard from the customer regarding not receiving their order was when I received this review. After reading the review I emailed the customer to understand the issue. Even thought the tracking history of the package says it was delivered to the parcel locker for the customer's apartment building she did not receive it. She take one more look in the parcel locker along with her building manager and still the package was not found. Since we were sold out of the item that she ordered there was another item very similar which she said would be a suitable substitute. The package was shipped to her on Friday, 11/4/22 and it was delivered to her apartment building in care of the building manager on 11/7/22. When I texted her that the package was delivered she replied back that she received it and she was very satisfied with our service and the way we handled this issue.
