This is the worst online experience I've ever had and I have to pay for the restocking fee for there mistake now I'm out off 800.00 bucks they also didn't send the lug nuts and one of the wheels was damaged. Now some one will comment on this post from this company and say we are sorry blah blah blah do not use this company.

Easy to navigate and great to view other cars with the setups I want! The rims I got look very clean on my car but there was minor damage to the rim upon installation. Packaging was good. The ceramic coating also looks very spotty. Overall I'm not too mad.

YES 5 STARS! Don't waste your time going anywhere else! They have the best customer service I have ever experienced! The guy even gave me his number so I could call if I had any questions or needed any help! And every time I called he was extremely polite, nice and helpful. The overall experience dealing with Fitment Industries was the best shopping experience I've ever had! I'm happy to rock the Fitment Industries sticker on my car!

I ordered two of the same tires from this website but one of the tires was a different aspect ratio than the other and I had already put it on so now I cannot return the item even thought they sent me the wrong sized item to begin with, really wish they would fix issues like this and prevent it from happening ever again.

Shipping took 17 days from the second I pushed order to the day they were on my front porch. Everything was packaged great, wheels were exactly what I ordered, directional tires were mounted correctly

Very quick and easy. Customer service was very informative and helped me out when I needed it. Had a problem with shipment of 2 wheels that came in damaged, they offered me $ off and I declined. They immediately had new ones sent to me the same day.

I have set I just received waiting for 3 months for backed ordered they finally came in I'm looking at the pictures online and mines are white center caps but the face of wheel not white like a grey kinda off white not same color as the center

They had a great database of specs for my car's fitment and get product at great prices. There was a hiccup in shipping my large order, but the staff responded and resolved the issue same day and my parts were shipped in a couple days.

The website was really easy to use, I love how you can see the wheels on other people's cars so you have a better idea of what they looks like rather than some janky computer generated image like tire rack has

For my first time buying wheels and tires, using the gallery made figuring out what wheels fit and what they look like very simple and easy. My wheels were mounted, balanced, and packaged very well before they were delivered to me several days earlier than what I expected. I would absolutely buy from FI again and would recommend them to anyone else wanting to buy wheels and tires. I'd give 6 stars if it was an option.

Shopping experience isn't perfect. Some specs are missing, like weight on many wheels. However that's my only complaint. Wheels came very fast, in perfect condition, and were balanced perfectly. These guys have the best prices (that I can find) and great costumer support.

Way to many annoying questions about add-ons.
They stated the wheels and tires would fit my car (I went bigger). I asked for them to be shipped loose mounted/ separate, but they sent the tired mounted anyways after getting confirmation from 2 different people
The tires are too big and are rubbing, so I reached out by email 4 times with the service report and called about 6 times today straight to voicemail, not even a callback when that option was selected. No response until 5 minutes before their lines cut off as out of business hours…
I'm still within time to return but it seems they're waiting until that threshold is passed.

Lately ordering parts have been crazy with the back order problem. I ordered this exact product from another company waited 3 months before I finally canceled. Ordered from Fitment industries had it at my door step within 2 weeks!

Morgan charged me 150$ restocking fee for cancellation of order that was on back order. A restocking fee for something that had not even left the shelf? Back order was 4-8 weeks. Which I didn't see upon check out. My fault. However, as soon as I received back order email, literally 3 minutes after placing order, I began feverishly trying to cancel order to avoid any repercussions. Phone calls, voicemails, and emails with no reply. I shouldnt have to pay for the fact that your team was unavailable especially when no inconvenience had occurred. Why even list a product if it's that far out. Seems like a poor business practice. I know this fee has and can be waved. Felt like I was being gouged. Lots of bot responses. I became really frustrated at the fact that there's really no way to talk to an actual person with fitment industries. Anyway this is what 150$ out of my pocket gets you
Tim - It seems like there is a bit more to this matter and the product that was selected may have been a special order item, that upon placing an order is subject to cancellation fees. We list backorder product so that our customers have the option to place a deposit on items that coming available so that they can secure said product. If we were not to do this, it would mean that all product would be on a first come first serve basis which is something we would never want to subject our customers to.
