DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU EXPECT ACCOUNTABILITY, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TO RECEIVE WHAT YOU ORDERED AND PAID FOR! About 6 years ago I bought a pair of fitflop sandals at a well-known store. I loved the support they gave and still have them. I decided to go to their website and order some more. On 7/13/2021 I ordered 3 pairs and paid for them. When they arrived there were only 2 pairs and no paperwork of any kind in the box explaining where the other pair was or would be arriving. I have called the phone number for the company on multiple occassions on different days at different times and you get the same message. The message tells you the phones are closed and to go to "*******@fitflop.com" and you will be contacted about your issue. I did as the message tells you on July 23,2021 and again on July 27th 2021 with no response at all. How can a company exist with such awful customer service! They have taken my money, and have no accountability to the customer. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU EXPECT ACCOUNTABILITY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANYKIND AND IF YOU WANT THEM TO STEAL FROM YOU BASICALLY.

Tip for consumers:
Don't expect any customer service, don't expect to get what you ordered but expect them to take your money and not be available to talk to or get any response when trying to get the product not sent or your money back. They owe me a pair of sandals or the 50.00 they charged me for them. Have been trying to get get a response from them with emails as phones are never answered.
