DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU EXPECT ACCOUNTABILITY, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TO RECEIVE WHAT YOU ORDERED AND PAID FOR! About 6 years ago I bought a pair of fitflop sandals at a well-known store. I loved the support they gave and still have them. I decided to go to their website and order some more. On 7/13/2021 I ordered 3 pairs and paid for them. When they arrived there were only 2 pairs and no paperwork of any kind in the box explaining where the other pair was or would be arriving. I have called the phone number for the company on multiple occassions on different days at different times and you get the same message. The message tells you the phones are closed and to go to "*******@fitflop.com" and you will be contacted about your issue. I did as the message tells you on July 23,2021 and again on July 27th 2021 with no response at all. How can a company exist with such awful customer service! They have taken my money, and have no accountability to the customer. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU EXPECT ACCOUNTABILITY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANYKIND AND IF YOU WANT THEM TO STEAL FROM YOU BASICALLY.

Took 10 weeks to get my order. Once the order came it was a joke. Everything put in one plastic bag. The 5 in 1 trees are only 1 single stalk and just over 2 feet tall and cost 35.00 each. No proof that they have been grafted to have the 5 types of pears or 5 types of plums. No labels or enclosed papers telling how the trees are grafted to know what kind of fruit will grow from what side of the tree. Could have bought huge 5 in 1 trees for the same price at local ace hardware and other stores. My logan berry plants were also 1 single stem and only 1 foot tall. The biggest joke of a company I have ever seen, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER! Their customer service is also a joke. R. Baker
