I've been dealing with fishisfast since 2017. The customer service is excellent; they respond quickly and assist you. They provide all necessary information about incoming shipments, as well as the option to open the box and photograph each item. They packed the shipments perfectly; I've shipped very expensive items and never had a problem. The best is Fishisfast.
After using this service for 6 months, and previously shipping ant killer, they suddenly decided that ant killer was prohibited (a small amount of sealed powder and gel). There has been no warning of this. In fact, there's no obvious list of prohibited items on their website. The products in question are not flammable, corrosive or dangerous to humans. In addition, they are not prohibited by the airline or country of origin. I work in Iraq and I am stuck inside a compound. I cannot go out to the shops and buy things. But I guess they're saving me from myself with their woke arbitrary rules.

I opened an account and sent a package from eBay, a few hours later my account was blocked, I had to call the bank and write a statement to the police. I spent a lot of time trying to get my money back.
There is serious issue with the management, I am sure if this company is managed by other team, it will excel.
They keep returning customers shipments and deny shipping, also cancel customers accounts if you argue your rights with them.
Never allow them to have hand on your shipments, I will never trust having any shipment sent to them any more!
If you read the reviews (1 star ratings), you will find some common experiences which is STEALING your itmes, by creating any issues to force you abandon the shipments.
Is this their business model?
It's pretty safe to assume majority of the 4-5 star ratings on here are bull$#*!. This site is extremely unprofessional and i'm honestly quite surprised the site still exists with this level of sketchiness. They don't follow their own terms and service agreement and are very hostile and not understanding. If you were thinking about using this site— just don't.
Avoid! They change their warehouse address and I lost my shipment because it was sent to the old address and the customer support basically told me to go f myself, even though I've been using them for 4 years. Also their shipping prices is very high. They take about a week just to send the shipment and if you choose aramex be ready to wait for an entire month to get your shipment, and if you contact the customer support they will tell you they are actually not late. There are so much better fright forwarding services, you should avoid Fishisfast.
They do not abide by the conditions and laws of the company and deal with customers with coldness and contempt and without providing any assistance and they have no solution other than destroying shipments. This is other than the loss of some shipments after packaging.

After our parcel arrived at the facility, we request to seal the parcel inside a box with its original package. It was a mistake to ask this as they ended up dismantling the parcel and re-boxed it. Fine. We took it was just a simple mistake.
Then after the re-packaging is done, when you get to the payment section, and after you have selected your preferred shipper (Aramax or DHL etc), both the payment Paypal and Credit links are DISABLE.
You have to contact the customer service. It takes a long time, Not only that, the customer service wants you to provide a photo ID. Since they have dismantle the parcel they could see that there is nothing "dangerous" per se. Yet they ask for photo ID - WHAT FOR? Never have any of the other service providers ask for this.
Verification are usually done at the home country if needed - the shipper would not normally even bother to verify the name and just drop the parcel on your door steps.
So my parcel is currently on-hold there. Worst come to worst we will gift them the parcel and repurchase it.
We are not writting this review out of bad intention.
Just hope to warn those people who do not wish to send their photo IDs online without pre-alert.
I have used this company for 4 years and have decided to stop and warn everyone of how terrible it has gotten. It started out as a good experience with nice customer service. Now it is absolutely terrible to work with and makes consolidation and shipping a nightmare. The benefits of this company no longer outweigh the disadvantages.

My package was lost and when I asked for a refund they said we will not refund you and if you file a claim on Paypal or your bank account we will shut you down and close your account.
Customer service is the worst ever
I don't have the store invoice plus I can't take now pictures from all sides of the glass because it's broken and I throw it away! In addition to that the price is only $12 which is nothing to the hundreds of dollars that I paid for express shipping and ultimate packaging that I was keen to protect my shipments and the hassle I went through just to ask for fragile stickers where it should be your first priority to take care of customers shipments! And since I joined fishisfast by a friend recommendation I never been satisfied! Why? Because all my shipments I received must have damaged items!. It's not the refund am looking for as much as satisfying service! I ordered twice and both parcels I received has damaged items! I mean how that could happen!? I was planning to buy more items like projectors and it's accessories that cost more than USD $5000! How you want me to trust you after that?! Any how thank you for your help but I don't want to go through the hassle again with you to refund $12 for broken glass! Considering this amount as a tip from me to you or a donation to improve your services.
I haven't received the package, in the Amazon tracking they write that I am receiving! Fishisfast is not giving any solutions, I lost $ 195 because of it, I got 1 out of 2 packages.

I would like to leave positive feedback on the work of #fishisfast, but apparently not in this life. Magically, on the way from the delivery point (New Castle, 15 Boulden Circle) to the warehouse, my parcel from e-bay evaporated ********************* - USPS). My calls to the "pseudo-support" were fruitless, in the end they simply began to ignore me. As I understood from the reviews of other "dear customers" of this company, such situations arise regularly, but nothing was done to somehow establish the mechanism for the receipt of the parcel at the warehouse without losses. It seems that the receptionist or warehouse worker can steal something and this will be your problem, not #fishisfast's problem. My verdict: working with #fishisfast is Russian roulette... Unfortunately, I was not lucky in this game...
They change their policies without notice, they used to unpack my shipments for free, and now they are charging me retroactively for all the shipments that were already shipped from years ago, they apparently have problems in their invoicing system and a huge ones.
How to request to retroactively pay for services provided, they should have requested the payment one the shipment was ordered.
Finally, their support staff have bad communication skills and they don't reply in a timely fashion.
I am never going to deal with them again.
I've dealt with this company several times, but what happened to me recently is just unacceptable at all. I have purchased an iPhone X from ebay and had it delivered to my Fishisfast address, I left the shipment for about 6 weeks as I was buying other items. So when I had my items consolidated and shipped, the company stole my iPhone X and only sent me the empty box. I raised the claim immediately and took photos and videos. Two months later they told me that they will give me $49. I threatened to file a dispute; they said they will close my account and ban me. Stay away at all cost!
They stole from me my 2 packages in my first try and i contacted Paypal and got my money back but sadly i lost money because paypal just refunded the shipping fees because the items fees are from amazon not from FISHIS$#*! and the blocked me after i contacted Paypal. RANA IS THE BIGGEST THEIFE SO BE WARE FROM THIS COMPANY! I hope they lock up RANA!
They'll literally LIE to you and STEAL your items! I paid for a shipment that ended up being returned to them (their fault). I had no choice but to open a dispute on Paypal, they immediately blocked my account, but said I could still have the remaining items in the warehouse shipped. It was a LIE! After a while, they said they wouldn't ship them, just stopped answering my messages and STOLE all my stuff. I can proof everything I'm saying. Check the other reviews complaining about IDENTICAL ISSUES. Do yourself a favor and USE INSTEAD MYUS, SHIPITO or any other forwarding service!
Beware of the company, fishisfast, I have been dealing with them since 2018, but now I do not advise you because of the experiences that I gained from them, my shipment has been held by it and they do not want to ship it to my country or return it under the pretext that they are due to file a lawsuit by mistake in Paypal, and I mentioned that there is no case against you and I sent a copy to them with a picture From a site that there is no claim in paypal, if you send paypal by mistake or if there is a complaint or a valid claim against fishisfast they block your account, even if you have a shipment in the fishisfast warehouse, they hold it and block you, beware of them, thank you
I didn't think you read or understand my review. I said the the fees is "administration fees is 30$" and the taxes is 50$ I refused to the pay the 30$ only.
By the way since last week I've discussed this issue with Fedex directly and they admit that the taxes is only 50$ not 80$ (removed the administration fees). So I don't need your help neither your services.
I used them last two years and during that time they were sometimes good and sometimes bad services. Thesy lost only one item during those two years. However They have declined in quality last year but I continue with them because I don't want to look and evaluate another company. But in the last two weeks I took the fishisfast recommendation to use FeDex and after two weeks Fedex call me to deliver the shipment but that funny thing is that cost of the taxes + administration fees is more than the shipping cost and more than 25% of the items cost. And when I contact them to enforce Fedex to reduce these fees to only the taxes they refused (excellent services and support).!... so I simply closed the fishisfast account... because I don't need their excellent services.!
Beware of these scammers!
They held my orders hostage for days and refused to ship them. I ended up paying them a huge amount of money for shipping fees just to return them to original seller.
This ordeal cost me few hundreds of dollars, I wish I've never came across this scam site.

I would like to make a complaint regarding the current pending parcel (Parcel #xxxxxxx) in my locker.
I have been trying to ship this item since Tuesday but have been met with one fiasco after another.
First, I received a message saying that two of my items contained batteries even though they did not. Even though I have provided plenty of detail regarding these items they are still marked as having batteries. THEY DO NOT CONTAIN ANY BATTERIES.
When asking support why these items were being held back, they then told me the reason they were being held back is because they were electronics and electronics cannot be shipped with liquids. This is obviously not true as:
Electronics have been shipped with liquids by you before
Such a restriction has not been and still isn't mentioned in your list of restricted items here
A similar item was packed in with the supposedly prohibited items
Despite my insisting that there was no such restriction and asking to speak with a supervisor, support continued to hold up the item until I provided links to easily searchable information available online about the items and refused to forward me to senior management
Then support tried to restrict me from using USPS as a delivery option (FedEx and DHL are not reliable shipping options to Sri Lanka). When I began to pursue their reasoning and asked to speak to senior management (second time), suddenly electronics can be shipped with liquids and USPS has become an acceptable option. I was told everything was fine and the item would be processed
One day later there was a new problem. Listerine mouthwash (an anti-sceptic), now apparently cannot be included because it "contains" alcohol. This is also ridiculous.
Listerine has been shipped to Sri Lanka by me using Fishisfast via USPS many many times before
If you were to block all products that "contain" alcohol this would include medicines, cleaning fluids, aftershave, colognes, perfumes, flavouring extracts and countless other items which is a joke.
I wanted my parcel to be shipped by the end of the working week so I simply accepted leaving this item out as it is cheap and easily replaceable. I paid for shipping and insurance and was hoping for the item to be picked up by the end of the working week. I was told everything is fine now and the item would be processed now
The next day suddenly there is yet another problem. Now my item descriptions are too vague and the parcel is being held up until I insert the brand name into every line item.
This is not a requirement by any customs declaration
Is illegal as it infringes on my right to privacy
The item description has been filled in a way consistent with its HS codes. Sri Lankan customs officers do not recognise brand names and product codes. Filling them in with brand names and product names leads to extremely long delays. The item descriptions have been filled in this way FOR A REASON
It is not reasonable to expect me to incur multiple times the fair shipping charge, and multiple delays, because random members of your team have decided they are going to change the way they interpret shipping restrictions without prior notice. Had the new interpretations been notified I could make the decision either to not purchase the items or use a different freight forwarder (which is what I will do from now on). Moreover, these interpretations are demonstrably wrong.
I requested to speak to senior management three times and I was deflected each time until I conveyed that my next recourse would be a complaint to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
I have been using FishIsFast since 2018 and have never had to deal with such a nonsensical line of questioning from support and obnoxious processing from the warehouse. There has clearly been a change in team members either within the support team or at the warehouse with the resulting level of service now completely unacceptable. This apparently has all been done in the name of appeasing some ridiculous bureaucrat somewhere in the value chain. Please ship out my parcel ASAP as I want to sever ties with FishIsFast as soon as possible and would like this relationship relegated to the trash heap.

I tried them twice first one they deducted 16 $ more and refunded it after i noted it and esclate.
Second one they delayed my shipment for 2 weeks and started to ship it after the ship agent contact them many times.
I received an empty box containing no graphics card. Upon contacting Fishisfast, they asked me to contact back Amazon. Amazon provided the Fedex package number and weight of 2.54kg while Fishisfast showed 0.54kg on weighing. I contacted them back but they denied. I am waiting to see if they are still in denial after I provided full evidence.
