We took a 4 hour charter with 13 people. Ages ranges from 8-54, with 9 teens/kids. We didn't have as much luck with trolling but when we switched to bottom fishing we did better. We ended up with 21 keepers. Everyone had a great time! We had a couple that had been deep sea fishing, but 4 hours was perfect for us newbies! Would definitely book again! We are having fish tonight! Thanks for a great afternoon! Lots of great memories made!

Found them on the internet while at a resort in Mexico. Made the booking and went fishing. The crew worked harder than any charter I've been on. It was off-season for the sexy fish like Dorado, Sailfish, Marlin, etc, but they got us into the Trigger Fish and we had a blast. When we got back to the dock, the crew made fresh ceviche, some of the best I've eaten.

They have available dates to book you give them all your info and get all exited making plans for your trip i even got email confirmation and the captain calls telling me that he is all booked, well the first time even that we were disappointed tryed again for the following week with a different captain and 3 days later he calls and he says the same I'm sorry but I was already booked and now I don't know if I'm even going to get my 2 deposits back. Waste of time

Do not use FishingBooker. They are not honest. Will blame the captain for issues when it is actually their fault. See note below from the Captain I booked through FishingBooker regarding a deposit that was not returned: "I did not however, refuse to refund your $50. You better take that up with fishing booker. It didn't go to me. If they ask me I'll say refund it." FishingBooker told me the Captain would not refund, but obviously this is not the case. SCAM

I have been out on the Blue Fin with Captain David numerous times and have to say that each time was truly amazing. We fished and caught many types of fish and other times we took an evening cruise when friends or family to see the Miami Harbor. It's almost the only boat truly in South Beach where you don't have to drive to Miami, Key Biscayne, or Haulover inlet. I think he's been on the water since 1965. Definitely a real salt. The boat is a fishing boat set up to catch fish and cruise and has all the comforts that you need. Cabin for shade, air conditioned, BBQ grill, music and a large cockpit to relax in. When my family visits from Nebraska or friends from Europe, it is a real memorable treat for them.

In short our first charter captain had to cancel, due to emergency surgery.
Refund was immediate.
As fate would have it I had a medical issue that forced me to cancel on short notice. Upon the advisement of the folks at FishingBooker I was able to provide them with information from my Doctor in Canada and they immediately re-funded my "non refundable" deposit. Just great group who walked me through the stages to secure my refund. I will certainly book through them whenever the opportunity arises in future and will inform all my friends and family about them! Thanks so much!

Fishingbooker is a business originally owned company based out of Belgrade Serbia.
Buyer be where this company suckers fishing guide to compete and lower rates to unsustainable levels leading to business failure. Big hotels can do it with hundreds of rooms but check to check fishing guides struggle at regular rates. Fishing Booker can out internet anybody because they are good at that and they can afford Google AdWords and a regular small business cannot keep up the cash flow needed to compete on the internet.
Deposits are taken not returned Captains are unlicensed make for dangerous trips. Captains are unreliable and don't care. Book directly if you want good service and quality experienced Captains. Fishing booker is ruining the small charter fishing industry. They only allow select reviews on their site and they will not put themselves out to be reviewed by Google and the real world.
I will never use them again for fishing trips.

Our Family vacation fishing trip was scheduled months in advance, deposit was provided, and a confirmation was received that the trip is locked in. Then without warning or justification Fishing Booker cancelled the fishing charter the day before we leave for vacation. They did not provide any alternatives or offer to help find another charter for the family, just an email ststing the charter was cancelled. Now I am fighting to get back my deposit from a company without a phone number that will not respond to emails. FishingBooker is an internet scam with no customer service or concern for the disruption they have caused. Total Scam - do not give these scammers money. Contact the Charter Captain's directly and you will get better customer service at a better price.

We booked a fishing charter and the process was super easy. Messaged the captain a few times, and excellent prompt communication. Sadly, half our group was flying in from the states, and one was denied entry due to a damaged passport. By the time they made it down, it was too late to make the fishing trip so we had to cancel. Despite the cancellation policy, they were compassionate and refunded our money. Again, excellent communication. Next time we use them, hopefully we will get to actually fish.

I was a Corp Exec guy for decades and moved to Charters Full Time a few years ago. I'm absolutely shocked at the level of customer service anytime I have a question or need help making sure bookings, calendars and payments or correct.
