Had a refund issue. Although initially frustrating, FishingBooker issued my refund and issued a credit for next time using FishingBooker. Didnt have to but they did it anyway. Appreciated very much!
Captain Leng of Kraken Sportfishing was terrific! He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional! Of course, most importantly, he showed my daughter and her boyfriend a good time AND where BEST to catch the fish! We enjoyed blackened rockfish and sheepshead fish tacos and Ceviche for dinner that night! The fish was so fresh and delicious! Thank you, Captain Leng! Can't wait to do it again!

Our Captain was AMAZING! He put us on Redfish almost immediately and we limited out within two hours. He then took us to catch Black Drum just because I mentioned liking to eat them. Doing so involved going back to the marina to get different bait - I was impressed.
The Black Drum bite was exceptional and we caught 7 in about two hours.
All in all a PERFECT Day.

Family day out with a 11 and 13 year old. Great fun, 2 groupers, 1 GT and 1 tuna … got taken to a beach restaurant where they cooked our fish for lunch.
We went out on the dog bone had a great time booked ahead they contacted us and sent us info for the trip what to bring. Captain was great will do it again.

It was one of the rougher days I've been a boat. 8 foot swells all over. I really appreciated the captain and mate doing all they did to get us on a few fish and make sure everyone had a good time.

Capt recommended waiting a day due to weather which is understandable. Charter was supposed to be at 7a next morning. He then said 730a switched later to 9a meet time then 1p! Noon came around on Tuesday and we were headed to the marina and he canceled the charter due to boat issues. No alternatives our anything. Very disappointing

As a boat captain I accept bookings through fishing booker. Their customer service and support for the captain's that work hard to pay their salary is the utmost worst support system ever.

We booked a fishing trip through Fishing Booker in Anna Maria Island in late October but unfortunately had to cancel due to ill.
There was quite a delay in getting back the deposit due to confusion between the boat skipper and Fishing Booker but all has now been resolved.
