Captain Beau and Harrison on the Crude Intentions boat are first class from meeting you on the dock to return and cleaning your fish. The treated the Hook Line & Heroes Wounded Warriors and staff like special guests all day. We will definitely use the again in the future!
We had a 9-year old son with special needs who was a little freaked out at first by the swells. But the crew did a great job being patient and working with him until he was comfortable. He ended up catching 4 fish and by the end was comfortable and enjoying it. He couldn't stop talking about it the rest of the day. Thanks!

Had a great trip! Captain Jason went over a d beyond to make it a great experience. My grandson is still talking about catching 21 fish. Captain Jason knows where to find the fish and was great with my 5 year old and 10 year old grandsons.

We showed up for our charter and we're told the boat we chartered wasn't working and we would be put on a different boat with a different captain. The crew seemed invested in us having a positive experience, which was nice. Half way through it started pouring rain with lightning. The captain Suggested we go in early, so we agreed due to the dangerous weather. We asked for a partial refund and we're told since we asked to end early we could not have one. I even tipped 20%. Had I known they would lie, I would not have tipped.
Steve, thanks for booking with us and I'm sorry your trip didn't go as planned. While it's great to hear your crew worked hard to make sure you had a good time, it's always disappointing when you can't control the weather! I understand there was some misunderstanding about returning slightly earlier to the dock but the general charter policy is to charge the full price unless the trip needs to be cut short for safety reasons, which is at the discretion of the captain.

Well this was a fellas trip that we planned month back. This was our first time going deep sea fishing and do to the guide we had it was a very unpleasant experience. Our guide got into it with another guide and it was very unprofessional. He was also impatient and ruled. Needless to say we will go ago but we will never use that guide again.

I made a mistake when I made a reservation for fishing.
I use two different email addresses. Customer service was very helpful in finding the error and cancelling my first trip.
The second reservation was made without a hitch!

The boat is really nice and was fun to be on the water. Loved seeing Sanibel Island and seeing wildlife made a good experience. As a novice fishermen we had some knowledge of how to fish. I would of liked to spend more time fishing then going from place to place. More guidance on fishing techniques and some more information on what fish we are going for and what we want to do to catch them would of been a great addition to the experience. Birds kept stealing my bait fish and flying off with it still on hook! Which made a funny story so we had a great time!

I had to reschedule a trip to a different date, (my mistake) only minutes after it was booked. I talked to the Captain he stated it was ok and no problem. He was able to change my date and was really professional and polite I can't wait to go fishing with him. However I lost $120.00 deposit I would not use Fishing Booker again I would just go straight to the Captain's web sites and book your trips.

Here's a quick explanation of what happened: Our system automatically processed your cancellation since the reason selected was "My plans have changed". At the time of canceling, you were in violation of the captain's cancellation policy, which is why you were notified that you lost the $120 deposit.
I'm glad that we were able to sort out a refund for you, and hope you have a wonderful trip!
I signed up for inshore fishing, when we arrived Don had all this heavy rods and reels and said we were going for mackerel and Spanish's mackerel, caught one little Spanish.
That was all we caught all morning. If Captain wants to reimburse us he can send me a check.
By the way, Don was a nice guy, very funning, told good stories

Called regarding a booked Charter on a canceled day. Customer service was great walked me thur how to fix the problem! I sure do enjoy this app
We were looking to do a fishing charter near Key West. We found this site and were able to find a reasonable fishing charter, just a boat, Captain and my wife and I. The Captain was knowledgeable, friendly and kind. We had a nice morning and caught some nice fish.

We had a great day fishing. We were catching fish with in minutes of of dropping anchor and continued to catch the entire trip. The big cats were mostly 8 - 12 pounds. I caught 2 at 13.75# and Kellye got 2 at 12.75#. We caught at least 400# of fish that day. Capt. Scott was a great guide, he knows his stuff and was a pleasure to be with. I definitely recommend this charter, you won't be disappointed.

I fish in Nicaragua alor a this people know what they are doing we had 3 sails and one 40 pound mahi mahi great experience. I will come back for the marlin!

We had a great time even thought some of us got a little sea sick. Our Capt and 1st mate were excellent. We caught our limit of snapper in no time. All was good and the 1st mate cleaned our catch on the way in so that we were ready to disembark and get on with the the day at the beach.

Very comfortable boat with a great captain! We had a great time. The Captain and the crew was very knowledgeable and did almost all the work for us while we kept catching the fish. We also get Great Food an Drinks. Will book them again!

We had a wonderful time and Captain Brian took very good care of all of us and made sure that each one had a very good experience fishing.
Brian was stung by a Catfish and he still made sure the fun we had continued although he was in pain. We caught a ton of Snook and some Red and the catch and release was fun much fun for all.

Even though we didn't catch many fish, we enjoyed our time on the water. Captain Dave did everything he could to put us on fish but they just weren't biting.
We look forward to going out again with Captain Dave on our next trip to Daytona.

The morning of our 2 hr fishing charter was canceled because of weather which was completely BS other charters still went out and the day was beautiful
My daughter and I looked forward to this as it was the highlight of our trip we are from Boston! Do not recommend this place at all
