Have been a Seiko watch owner since 1971 this is my first gold coloured watch. As with all my previous Seikos this one is stylish and good to look at.

One small nit to pick, though.
This watch (a Seiko) has a metal bracelet. It neede 3 links removing before it would fit. OK - I have the tools to do this.
But I'm sure many buyers won't have. I think FirstClass need to find a way of offering bracelet adjustment - at a small charge (e.g. £5). Otherwise a buyer may have to find a jeweler - which is going to take time and cost to fix.
Maybe it would be possible to measure the wrist by downloading and printing off a paper tape measue?

Ordering, 'making an offer', dispatch & receipt were all fantastic, but the watch itself isn't what I expected. Firstly, the site shows a green strap but what arrived was black & red. Secondly, the watch is quite small - could easily be worn by a woman so I'd suggest it's advertised as unisex rather than just men's.
Watch not quite suitable so returned, but delivery and subsequent refund couldn't
