I looked at many places before I purchased my TV I stumbled across the website call first-class TV and I was amazed at their pricing on their TVs the TV I wanted was 900 less than what it was at the store so I had to get it I ordered the TV and took a week to come in and is now in my house alongside it's brand new sound bar and I couldn't be any happier the purchase was very easy to do first-class TV kept up on the shipping information I got my brand new TV and I couldn't be any happier I save so much money I purchased a five-year in house warranty I couldn't be any happier with my experience I was very hesitant at first because it is an online company but they also have an eBay business with 100% feedback that's not an easy accomplishment so I knew this company could be trusted it has gained my trust and I will make sure I tell all my friends and family about it thank you first class TV for a first class experience

We did finally receive the TV and it appears to be okay although we have not yet had time to install it. Our complaint is with the shipping company -- Saia. They originally sent an email with a tracking number and never followed up with any more information. Whenever we tried to get a shipping status, using the tracking number, there was never any information. We finally took the initiative to track down a contact at Saia that could help us. They informed us that the problem was that we had never scheduled a delivery date with them. We were never told that we needed to do this nor given a contact number. We scheduled a delivery date for Monday, October 22nd. On Monday the truck driver called and informed us that he could not deliver that day because we were not on his route. He rescheduled us for Tuesday, the next day. Late Tuesday, a Saia gal called to inform us that they could not deliver that day and that they would deliver it the next day, Wednesday. Late Wednesday the truck driver called and said he could not deliver the TV to our house because he could not get there. His 65 foot tractor-trailer could not navigate or turn around on the road to the house. We were instructed to meet him about a mile from our house to transfer the TV to our vehicle; which we did. Of course there was no way to inspect the TV at that location before accepting the delivery. FedEx, UPS, and even the propane delivery truck regularly deliver to this location. It seems Saia should have delivered the TV using reasonably sized truck. In addition, we had to take off 3 work days because of Saia's scheduling and lack of communications. I have no doubt that Firstclasstvs is a reputable and quality supplier, but they sure need to improve their shipping vendor.
