Your delivery service is terrible, 4 weeks! There is no amount of savings or good customer service that can compensate for the carrier delays and reschedules.
Yes, all looks good on the website and at checkout with cost but they want your phone number so they can call you and add on more required cost, shipping insurance as he tell me can't be calculated due to various zip codes, I laughed! "your computer at check out can't calculate cost for different distances of zip codes?" I told him this is poor sells ethics to add more cost after check out, cancel order! True reason they want your phone number, it's a intimidation tactic to put the purchaser on the spot with a phone call
I was very pleased by how professional the delivery team was. While we hired a different company to install the tv on the wall the delivery team needed to unbox the TV and plug it in to ensure that it worked. Very professional team, explained what was happening and why, then placed the TV in the room we requested. The TV looked AMAZING just for the few seconds that it was on. We can't wait to have it on the wall and mesmerizing the entire family. Good job, good price and so far so good :) would recommend them to my friends.

The delivery service was not pleasant. Very hard to schedule or reschedule delivery or change delivery address. I know this has nothing to do with the seller but it would be best if they had contract with another delivery service.
Product was attractively priced. Purchase was completed seamlessly; delivery within expected timeframe. Seller was unfailingly responsive when contacted. Every reason to recommend him/her.
Overall good pricing and service. Only complaint is that I had no control over delivery date that required me to be there to sign for the shipment. Trucking company twice set a date when I was out of town for business, in spite of the fact that I informed them of a slew of dates that I would be available well ahead of time. Eventually I had to trouble a neighbor to come sit around my house during the 4 hour delivery window, otherwise I would still not have the merchandise. Would be nice if you contracted with a shipping service (ie. UPS or FedEx) that allows the customer to shift delivery dates, or pick up the merch at one of their local facilities.

Shipping took awhile, but it was free.
The product I purchased and received is great. The only thing that could have improved is delivery time. Also, I contacted the Firstclasstvs to get tracking information. That portion could be improved. I got the sense that once the TV left the warehouse, they didn't want any more responsibility when in reality, when you sell something and it has to be shipped, you should be responsible until it is in the hands of the customer. In the end, everything worked out and I love my new TV.
Delivery was perfect and tv picture quality is the best I every seen.

I think the TV is fine (though I've noticed on a gray screen it appears darker on the left, so I'll need to investigate that further), but my main gripe is the men who delivered the TV scratched my wood floor and getting the delivery company to respond after 3 emails (not counting an automated response) has been impossible.
Delivery was very slow but the TV finally arrived today and it is in good working order.

Everything went really well! Delivery service called before delivering and allowed us to set up our tv and inspect it before leaving. I guess the only downside is we really had no idea when it was coming until they called. But overall the service and quality of the product is outstanding!
Answer: Shipping insurance is not a scam. When you are shipping a fragile item that costs thousands of dollars it must be insured. We quote the shipping insurance afterwards so the customer can save the most money. If we included in the price you would pay much more than you would need to since shipping insurance is a variable cost. Keep in mind that after the shipping insurance you are still receiving the TV at the lowest price in the nation GUARANTEED. Its a simple concept to understand. Some customers unfortunately cannot grasp the concept but we have thousands that do and get to enjoy these great TVs and AMAZING PRICES.

Shipping insurance is a variable cost and changes based on factors such as location, TV dimensions, weight. In order to keep the price low and give every customer their best possible price it is quoted afterwards. For example, if Joe lives in North Carolina he may only pay 3.5% shipping insurance rate but Tom who lives in Oregon may pay 11%. If we made it flat rate every customer would have to pay the highest amount which is 12%. This way we can help our customers save the most money!
