The price was great. The upselling tactics afterwards weren't. After purchase, I was contacted about white glove delivery for an additional fee. Since I was taking delivery a couple of months before the TV would actually be used in a new house, I did purchase the white glove so that the delivery company would unbox and verify that the TV was working. Unfortunately, white glove doesn't really mean better customer service on the front end. Instead of contacting me directly as I was told would be done with the white glove service, I received email and text blasts telling me when they would deliver and that I could upgrade to white glove service (even though I had already paid). I couldn't do the initial date so called in to reschedule. Again I got the email and text blasts rather than a call to arrange a time that worked for me. After contacting firstclasstvs by email, the delivery company was a little more responsive and I was able to make the 2nd time work, but it wasn't smooth.

Excellent price and great delivery service. However, be aware that there is a fairly hefty charge for delivery insurance (for me about 7% of the list price of the TV, but it depends upon shipping distance. Mine was NJ to OH). This is actually called out in the Terms and Conditions where it states "... some items may be subject to additional insurance costs if required by the carrier. The customer will be informed of any additional charges before the item is shipped and before the payment is captured." However, this is the only place that I could find this additional charge referenced, and I missed it initially, so it was a bit of a surprise.
