The item was as advertised. They estimated a 2 week delivery time frame, but I received my order in a week, which is still longer than I would have hoped. I cannot complain because I saved $500.00 on the price of a LG 65" C8pua Oled tv. No tax. No shipping cost.

The shipping company wasn't as transparent as I had hoped. The TV was at the receiving terminal for 5 days before delivery, but other than that the experience was great.
I ordered my TV on March 30th, received information that it would be delivered at 8 a.m. and the received it at that time. Delivery personnel brought it in and ensured it wored and there was no damage. Well done
Everything was efficient, even shipping was much quicker then other reviews, I was suprised since I live in California, and the tv was shipped from the east coast. Love my OLED tv, perfect picture

Great product. Arrived much faster than expected. AM delivery driver/helper were fantastic.
I had my reservations about buying my high-end OLED TV from them because the price seemed too good to be true but everything went off without a hitch. I received my TV, although they do take a little long to deliver it, but they did tell me that and it did come. I chose the white-glove service, so that if the TV was bad, we'd know there right on the spot and another would be sent out immediately. Luckily, the TV was and is fine here almost two months later. So overall, I'm pretty satisfied with Firstclasstvs.com and will buy from them again.
