Found hard to find items at the site, especially size to fit 1st aid container. When received they were exactly as I had hoped. As a petite adult hard to find Band-Aids withOUT juvenile characters on them and prices on everything were extremely economical. Delivery was fast and thank you email from company very gracious. As a new customer felt like a valued one.
We purchased and use these supplies as our main first aid resources at our aquatic center. Fast shipping and great customer service. Our only issue was an issue with Fed Ex but not the supply company.

I have one issue and that is, where we live can be very hot, often over 90 degrees F. Therefore packages can also get very hot during the delivery process. Please could you package temp sensitive items in some sort of insulating layer. Thanks
I find the website slightly confusing as "official" names of items are used and the common names dont get you anywhere, although once past that, my orders have always been perfect and delivery is fast! Very great pricing too!
Thankful for products that are not on shelves here. I do not like to buy more than I can use or need and your limit of 2 oz bottle of alcohol spray was disappointing. My 93 year old mom needed much more as alcohol rub downs were the only thing that would ease her soreness from a fall in recent weeks. Hoping to see it on shelves soon.
Disappointed that free shipping only applies to price "after coupon". I decided not to use my 15% off coupon in order to qualify for "free shipping". As a customer, it would be nice if free shipping was qualified on the actual dollar amount ordered.
Great prices and easy to use interface, just be careful sometimes you click to add an item and you don't see it right away then it shows up in your cart later as Q 3 instead of Q 1, it was no big deal to fix or edit though. Supplies came free shipping in about 3 days with order over $50. I will use this company again
This is the best shopping experience I've ever had when looking for first aid supplies. The prices are really are friendly allowing me to easily restock all of my home and car kits for a fraction of what it would cost at a drug store.

I had trouble logging into my account, but as always on the occasions when I need to call, customer service was courteous and able to help me with what I needed. My order also arrived one day earlier than expected which was a nice.
The products are great. I would like the triple antibiotic ointment and burn cream single packs to come in higher quantity boxes, 25 seems too few. Also it would be great if you had a larger variety of products. But I understand you must keep costs low.
I wish you had a better search function and I was surprised about some of the products you don't actually carry. I'd like to not have to go elsewhere for bulk medical supplies, especially rather simple ones that I figured you'd have.
We are a small business with 25 employees. We had a service which would stop in every month and re-supply our first aid cabinets. After doing some tracking, it made more sense to buy supplies as we need them. We always keep plenty of everything and restock our cabinets as required. Ot only do we save money, but the quality of the first aid products is better.
