Easy to find the products I was seeking to refill first aid kits. They were exactly what I was looking for so our First Aid kits can be kept full and complete with all the supplies needed in the field. It is good to know I have an easy way to make sure we are in compliance at all times.
As a first time buyer, it was a very pleasant experience. Ordered items are of good to high quality; and prices are reasonable. Shipping was very quick. Communications regarding my order was excellent! The only thing that could have improved my shopping experience would be better categorization of items on the website. Not a deal breaker, it just would have made it easier to compare items.
Considering the current stress put on supplies and services, this order was handled well and I am satisfied with the company's service. I cannot speak to the quality of the products. I can only assume they are high quality since I remain virus-free so far.
I stopped going to stock up at the local pharmacy, online first aid is easy, fast, cheaper, and I feel like I finally have a well stocked first aid kit(s) that cover everyday needs, as well as emergency's.
All in all it was a good experience, just wish I would have known a little better when my items were to arrive. I worried about them because the weekend was coming up and I didn't hear that it was sent until the day it arrived.
The shopping was quick & easy. A wide selection to choose from. Additional discounts are a plus not to mention the free shipping available with a minimum purchase. Can't wait to receive our free first aid kit.

Product offering pretty good but you did not carry medi-first 3oz aerosol can spray, both burn & anteseptic that I was needing therefore have to order elsewhere. Liked that delivery was packaged very well.
Loved being referred to you from the folks at Hart Health. I'm thrilled that it will be relatively simple to refill our 1st aid kits as needed. The only item I didn't like was the slant-tip tweezers. Rather poorly made & wouldn't be very useful in an emergency. I'll be using Tweezer Man's slant-tip tweezers: same size, but much better tip. Of course, more expensive, but not by much: $5.69 including tax.
Other than that, I'm very satisfied.

Some product descriptions are too vague. Otherwise, decent prices, good resources page and overall easy to find what I was looking for.

I was a bit startled to discover that "individual packs" of items means idividual packets taken out of a box, put into a plastic bag, and shipped. To me this doesn't quite seem quite professional, but rather just a step lower. By individual packets I thought it'd be packaged and marketed as such.
My friend recommended first aid supplies because I was having trouble staying hydrated through a round of golf. I spent the first 40 years of my life living in a cold place... So adjusting to the desert has been tough! I had a big softball tournament coming up in 100+° weather and I knew it was time to order the ProPlay. It came in time for my tournament and I was not dehydrated at all! I found out that the company is local so hopefully next time there will be a local pick up option. She sent more coupon codes which was very nice... I will be ordering more! Thank you so much for allowing me to safely enjoy the outdoors!
The overall shopping experience has been just fine. We used Zee Medical for many years. Sometimes it's difficult to find the same-type items here. Usually I can find related items, but sometimes I can't. Overall, it's been a good experience and much less $$'s.

Purchasing items for first aid cabinets to meet ANSI guidelines. Much of what is required is available on Firstaidsupplies.com. My only suggestion would be to try to have saline for eyes in 4oz bottles at a reasonable price.
You used to have more stuff and your website is not working 100%... I cant click on certain items. The new website is a little frustrating... as I cannot click on certain areas. And you used to have more items before... I need to restock my first aid kits and you no longer have a lot of items I ordered before
I am really satisfied with my order. I will continue to order through First Aid Supplies. The only disappointment I have is the amount I paid for shipping. I used to order the same product through Hart Health and there was no charge for shipping. I hope that in the near future, we the customer do not have to pay for shipping. Thank you.
The new website has a few problems. When I click continue shopping after placing an item in my cart it has an error and drops me back on the main page. Gratefully it keeps my items in the cart. Also, when I changed one item amount in the cart it reset all of my items to 1. I noticed this and changed it before submitting my order so I got what I needed.
