I your company use this on future orders. My only complaint/concern would be how some of the items come packaged. I have first aid kits I place on the wall that need to be filled, and some of the boxes/packaging were too big or didn't fit. Not a major issue with some adjusting.
Easy to search and find just what I need. Order comes fast and complete. If anything is missing it clearly states what to expect from a second shipment and they follow through. Very reliable.
Products arrived quickly and were nicely packaged. Ordering is convenient and allows our organization to have products available without being over-stocked with products that will expire if not utilized.
Due to a small shipping/delivery address mix up, which was immediately corrected the product arrived. However the overall shape of the belt kits is different than the previously ordered kits. No problem all the supplies still fit.
The first aid kit has the supplies we were looking for at our small campground. The wound and burn supplies are separated properly. My only criticism is that the tote could keep all the supplies separated/organized a little more securely. That said, I would still buy this first aid kit again. It's a great value for the money.
The site was very difficult to use, it seemed to take extra steps to just put in an item number and add to cart and continue shopping. Payment was another struggle, after the 3rd time entering payment and walking off, I was finally able to place my order with payment.
Product never delivered. No replies to emails requesting shipping update. Yes, I know they are busy at this time, but sending out a "it should be delivered today" when it clearly isn't, is a problem.
One of the only places alcohol wipes and spray are still available. They shipped very quickly and the products are quality but for double to triple the price of what they should be plus shipping.
Again, I was really very DISAPPOINTED with the order. The 1 reason I placed the order, was for the 16 fl.oz of Isopropyl Alcohol 70% bottle. I was originally happy when I received the package, and ONLY TO FIND OUT that the bottle of alcohol was missing, and that it was removed/cancelled from the order.
I ordered other stuff with this order in order to get free shipping, so none of the other stuff I really needed, now that I didn't get the main item I really wanted, so definitely not happy.
Very disappointed
Disappointed that free shipping only applies to price "after coupon". I decided not to use my 15% off coupon in order to qualify for "free shipping". As a customer, it would be nice if free shipping was qualified on the actual dollar amount ordered.
I wish you had a better search function and I was surprised about some of the products you don't actually carry. I'd like to not have to go elsewhere for bulk medical supplies, especially rather simple ones that I figured you'd have.
Great! I can finally order all my first-aid supplies from one place. I did have a few issues using the coupon code May2016 yesterday but I waited until today and ended up with more than 15% off, so no worries :)
FAO has always been awesome, Chris and his staff are the best. Would highly reccomend them to others and I have! Our other facilities now use FAO as well for their supply needs. Keep up the great work!
It was easy to find you on the internet and your supplies seemed to be good quality. I had hoped for more "grouped" items...like varieties in elastic bandages, in 4X4 bandages and other sizes. Along that line, I wanted to see a group of medicinal items like iodine, mercuricom (sp), bite meds. More groups of a variety of bandage roles, etc. Maybe they were there and I missed them. I will be back to explore! I want to build a large and useful first-aid kit but I don't want the grocery store and drug store prices...
Quick simple and Great prices. Delayed on getting product and hard to reach Customer service but all were minor issues. I will certainly do business with them again, and strongly recommend them to others in the Emergency service field.

Nice shopping experience. I didn't know which category spill kit was in, I had to do a search. Could you add the category? Your web is simple, checkout easy. I wasn't sure I should have been charged shipping.

Easy to find the products I was seeking to refill first aid kits. They were exactly what I was looking for so our First Aid kits can be kept full and complete with all the supplies needed in the field. It is good to know I have an easy way to make sure we are in compliance at all times.
