Excellent products and prices, and your website works well. I was looking for a first aid kit bag (empty) that was 1/2 the size of your Travel bag (about 8"x6"x3", but the Backpacker should work). Otherwise, tip top for backpacking supplies. The individualized sealed packets of pain relievers, topicals, burn gels, etc are great for giving to others while on the trail and don't cost too much. Well worth it!

I had a question. When I called a person quickly answered and gave me the help I needed. The service was exceptional. I appreciated receving an email so that I could check on the delivery of my items.

Online ordering is User friendly and our company apprecites the discounting! LOVE the online "First Aid Supply Inventory Worksheet" concept, but do not use it. Please add an "Item #" column to the left of the descriptions to simplify my order process.

I contacted customer service because I was using browser Microsoft Explorer which wasn't working. Mindy suggested that I use a different browser and I tried to use Google Chrome. This worked better but I still found the website to be generic and lacking in functionality. Basically, I felt that it wasn't user friendly and in need of an upgrade.

I order a bunch of supplies to restock my first aid kit and to take advantage of the great offer the company was providing. But when I received my order, the free handy jr kit wasn't included. When I emailed sales, they said they will send me one. I received the free kit and am completely satisfied the way the company handled the issue.

Box of bandaids was ordered; however the carton needed to mark "This side up" or something as we opened the carton upside and some of the smaller boxes spilled out. The smaller boxes were not sealed and some of the bandaids spilled out.

This is our first order since setting up our corporate account that includes seven different locations on the east coast, we are very pleased. Thank you :)

Product never delivered. No replies to emails requesting shipping update. Yes, I know they are busy at this time, but sending out a "it should be delivered today" when it clearly isn't, is a problem.
