Refunds expire
March 28, 2020

I bought glasses and they were the wrong PD. My fault. Firmoo did issue me a refund but I guess they expire. I'm pretty disappointed to lose $65 on glasses that I can't wear.
Plus their try on feature is horrible.
If you buy glasses from them, you can't return them. They will issue you a refund to buy another pair and suggest you donate the ones that didn't work. The refund is only good for about a month or two, come to find out.
