Shocking service

I ordered +paid for 2fingerling monkeys 9/10/17. Had confirmation of order + payment + a message saying delivery in 18 /21 days have heard nothing since. I have sent 5 emails one demanding a refund but none of them have ever been answered. These items cost me £29.95 and were for my grandchildren Christmas presents. I can't afford to buy them again being on a low income can anybody help +let me know what I can do.one desperate Nannie.one despicable company.
