It's so poor service right now. My ring was broke and I write a email and I get a reply after 3 days he said transfer the shipping charges at this paypal account, but I can't pay money through PayPal becuz paypal doesn't work properly in India and so I write another email that I can't pay from PayPal, plz send me another payment method to process but till now I didn't get reply from 6 months soo now I think it's just waste of money after this company shift to china
Really impressed by their customer service. I got the product at a big discount, but both the quality and the service exceeded my expectation. I love the wedding band, but I accidently lost it. Their website says they provide lifetime warranty, so I asked them if this occassion can be covered. To my surprise, they send me a completely new one and I only paid a little shipping fee. Highly recommend this store!
