I placed an order for two types of filters. 8 units in total. I made an error on the size for one group, which was designated as 'custom filters'. I tried to correct/cancel the order a few hours of placement. The initial response was because they were custom I could not cancel the order. After a couple of email exchanges, a hero in the Filters Fast team (Sam) was able to cancel the order, even though they had already been shipped. Thanks very satisfied customer

Then, when I tried to unsubscribe from your emails multiple times with no relief, my resolve to not do business with Filters Fast has only strengthened. Don't try to apologize or make excuses like "We diligently care about our customers and strive to remove anyone who asks to be removed from our emails." I won't be buying that, because it's pure bs and you know it. Don't ask me for my email address because I have given it to you many times when I asked you to unsubscribe (a word you are apparently unfamiliar with) me from your email list. Instead, I have created a message filter that sends your emails to trash, where they belong. I don't care how good your filters are, or at what price; you have slit your own throats by your incessant email campaign that never stops and also by ignoring people who ask you to stop sending them emails. This is not a "technical glitch," it is a purposeful marketing ploy that will hopefully lose you tons of money. You have lost all credibility. My only hope is that this email will somehow wend its way to upper management, and that this will serve to cause as many resignations (or firings) as possible. I really doubt that will happen, but either way Filters Fast will never receive any more money from me. Order a part online, showed the part was available and will ship in a few days, 2 weeks later I call and they tell me over the phone that the part is on back order and is dues in 2 months, but they took my payment right away with no problem! False description! If you don't have the part don't show on your website that you do!
Do not give your email to this company. I get 3-4 emails daily from them, I've tried unsubscribing, blocking them, they keep coming. They sell cheap poor quality filters. BUYER BEWARE
I made the mistake of purchasing filters from this company years ago. Filters were acceptable but not any better then other suppliers. What really made me stop even considering Fast Filters is that for years now I have to click of their email ads daily, often two or more per day. You cannot opt out of their pesty emails. Went I do find an opt out option, it just seems to generate more email ads. Unless you like clicking off emails daily for the rest of your life, don't let FiltersFast get yours.

After 9 days of "preparing to ship out tomorrow" on items that the website claims to be available, Filtersfast is refusing to cancel my UNSHIPPED order. Customer service agents make up excuses and lie to you saying they emailed you when they have not. Only way to get your money back is to put in a stop payment with the credit card company directly. Total fraud. Do not waste your time with this company.

Ordered a refrigerator filter 1/15. Received notice it was mailed 1/16. It's now 1/21 and post office has yet to receive package. The company does not respond to repeated inquiries. Stay away. They need to change their name to slowfilter or nofilter.

I ordered 16x40 and 20x40 air filters. The 16 and 20 inch dimension is 1/8 to 1/4 inch to large. I called three times and two e-mails later, well over two weeks, finally they agreed to refund my money.The problem is they only gave me a refund for the 16x40 filter, I am still waiting for the 20x40 filter. So far I emailed three times but no reply yet. As you can see in the photos the 20 inch side is to large. The customer service is way to slow if you have a problem.

I paid EXTRA for 2 days delivery, since I had to travel from Fl. To GA. ( to install this particular filter) After 4 days I did received the item. Once I call to sort out the extra delivery charge and the delay; all I got was lip service, I felt after the sale, customer service does not exist.

I bought a part for heating my upstairs Mid November (supposedly in stock). November 30th I checked status and website says preparing to ship tomorrow. It's now December 21st and the status still says preparing to ship tomorrow. I have emailed and tried to do the chat with no response. Please pick another company that will actually ship what you bought. Wish I had looked for reviews first!

I purchased what I thought was 12 filters per their website. They sent me 2. When I tried to contact them, they were nonresponsive. After I had contacted them they changed the pricing on the website to reflect what I received but never once tried to fix my issues. I had to file a claim with paypal to get my money back and they did not even try to fight it. Don't purchase from these guys. I have a screenshot attached of what I thought I was receiving.

I ordered a Aprilaire 65 controller from Filters Fast on January 18th. Their website stated this item ships in 5 to 6 business. 2 weeks later I called about the order and was told it would drop ship from Aprilaire on Feb 10th. Of course they never bothered to tell me that. After seeing the item in stock with another vendor I called to cancel the order. I talked to Rebecca, I had to ask her to spell her name, She said it would ship tonight or tomorrow. When I questioned her, she looked it up and confirmed the Feb 10th date. I cancelled the order on Monday.
That same day I ordered the part from another vendor and received on Wednesday Feb 2nd.

This company allowed a breach of their website, causing someone to attack the credit card I used. I had several auto payments on that card, and my credit was torn down by their carelessness. I had great credit previously to my order with these clowns. It's cost me hundreds so far, and several hours of my time to straighten things out, and I'm a busy writer... no time for this $hit. I cannot get ahold of the company over this. YOU HAVE BEEN INFORMED.

Still no refund or correction for wrong filters shipped!
Posted a review back in September about wrong filters being shipped and no way to contact company for a redress. As I can see someone from the company answers every negative complaint offering to fix it. Well we tried and as of today there has been no response at all.
I am complaining because someone might believe the company will fix the problem. It will NOT fix anything.

After my customer service experience on 6/5/20 where they refused to tell me why my order hadn't shipped and would only say "it's shipping tomorrow (6/6/20)" I still haven't seen any shipping confirmation or communication as of 6/16/20 (11 days later). I logged into the support page and it said my order hasn't shipped. I called and got the customer service person again and now the story is that part of my order is on back order. It wasn't on back order 11 days ago when they were shipping the next day but now it is.

I have used FiltersFast several times but am done. I ordered filters on 5/20 and my credit card was charged the same day. Then I started getting emails that I would get $10 extra for completing my order which was already completed. After no updates I finally called on 6/5 to get the status. Customer service was rude and refused to discuss why the order hadn't shipped and there is no additional $10. I'm out.
Price gougin is a bad thing. 188.00 for a bulb when Amazon has the same thing for 49.00. No response from them after canceling the order the next day. They said it would not be shipped until they restock the bulb in 2 weeks. Funny they shipped it the same day. No phone calls from them after requesting one. Don't waste your time with this company. Turning them into the Attorney General in my state for price gouging.

I just received a notice that they were informed in February 2020 of a data breach. I ordered in April 2020. They didn't fix the data breach until July 2020, and didn't notify customers until August.
Even before that, I wasn't impressed. When I ordered their site claimed delivery within a week. I didn't receive a shipping notification for 2 weeks, and delivery was about a month. What I did receive right away was a daily barrage of marketing emails.

The part I needed was linked to one they described as being a match, the price was good so I ordered... it did take awhile to come. But when it did, one crucial piece of the part was slightly bigger than the original, so there was NO WAY it would fit. After contacting the company, I sent the part back... here's the zinger... the refund deducts their shipping cost and you pay to ship back as well. So, for a part that doesn't fit as described, you lose $20.00. Ridiculous policy.
My filters for my water purification unit shipped in a flimsy plastic bag with no protective packaging. I wonder how many customers get these with broken carbon media inside the filter. The unfortunate part is that people can't tell that the carbon block is cracked or broken because they are inside the filter housing where they can't be seen. I returned my filters and won't buy them from FiltersFast again. It's irresponsible for them to ship them in this manner.

I purchased 4 filters from FiltersFast. Soon after, my refrigerator died and the new refrigerator uses another type of filter. I sent the 4 filters, still new in box, back to FiltersFast for a refund. Having heard nothing from FiltersFast regarding my refund, I called customer service on October 1st and was assisted by Ashley. She rudely told me to wait for an email confirming the return, although they've had the filters since September 17,2020. It's been almost a month now and still no acknowledgement that they are refunding me. Most companies, where you have an account, will show you the status of your refund but FiltersFast does not. Keeping me in the dark and so forcing me to call a rude and unhappy employee, does not make me want to continue to do business with this type of company. I won't buy another thing from FiltersFast.

Waited three weeks for refrigerator filter order. ******* on delivery date got message from Fedex site "incorrect address. Unable to deliver." absolute baloney! Entered my address correctly, but try to reach the company, it's impossible! Text us or email us but we'll never talk to you! No filters received, no communication from the company. Terrible experience. Do not order from this site. Fastfilters - what a misnomer.

Received a letter from FiltersFast last Saturday that their computer was hacked and my AMEX and other personal information was most likely included. Spent my time canceling my AMEX and waiting on delivery of a new business card. I wish your company spent as much protecting sensitive information as it does running ads.

Absolutely zero communication. Once you send them your money, you are dumped in a blind, deaf hole. Your purchase shows up... whenever... but for sure, late and with some damage that they would blame on the delivery service and not their pathetic packaging.

Worst customer service EVER! And filters fast? Yeah right I got my order 6 weeks after I ordered. And when I called to cancel because it was taking too long they didn't refund my order and refused to cancel it! They seriously need a crash course in how to run a business!
