Terrible quality of clothing, and shipping takes a very unbelievable time. I made a few orders on March 10-12,2021, and they did not ship out till March 17,2021. I contacted customer service about these issues, but was just given the run around. I will not shop with them again, and have warned my family and friends about them. I was only allowed to upload 1 order to this review to prove I have shopped with them. I actually had 4 orders.

I ordered a cardigan. Paid little over $44 total. Sent pics and got nothing but the run around. No refund for a defective cardigan! It's a shirt not a cardigan! Most boutiques the owner helps and makes sure you get a return. Not this boutique! Obviously not what I paid for. Buyer Beware!

Shipping is slowwwww. I'd rather pay for shipping and have it received within a reasonable time frame than waiting a month for my items. They clearly need to hire additional help due to the increase in business. I'm all about supporting small businesses but I think it's best for me to shop at other credible online boutiques and pay for shipping and a little more in the same clothes and receive my items within a reasonable time frame. I love FF but they need to reevaluate the shipping situation.

Literally the worst business. Extremely rude when you finally get ahold of someone. I shipped returns back with my moms to save on shipping. My mom received her store credit but I didn't. I kept messaging them and just getting the run around. When I finally got a real message, they wanted me to prove it had arrived there because they couldn't find it. After reading other reviews this is a common problem! Save yourself the headache and shop other boutiques that sort by season such as Hello Color, MyEllement or IKT. Quality and customer service is much better!

The clothes are cheaply made and cost way too much for the quality received. Clothes appears to be a good deal until you receive them and see the quality. Because honestly $29 for a shirt or leggings is not much but it is too much for clothes that break/are see through/or fit poorly.

Also beware that they have a strict rerun policy that requires tags on, invoice, and then they only give store credit. Now I have store credit for cheap clothes that I don't want.

Note that I bought "leggings" that had zero stretch to them, were completely see through when I placed my hand in them, had bad stitching/threads hanging everywhere, and were way too baggy at the ankles.

Quality of products does not match the price. Also refunds are ONLY done as store credit. For a first time buyer this sucks when the product is so disappointing. Now what am I going to spend the credit on.

Customer service isn't all the great. I don't get reply's to my emails nor do i get calls back. Returned a item and cant get no information on my refund. I have spent over $500.00 in the past few months and this is HOW I GET TREATED.

The clothes are so ugly and cheap. The majority of the tops are poor quality, they're $34 which is $29 too much. Its very hard to figure out how to order from their FB page. I wont be back... awful clothing.

BUYER BEWARE. They won't accept returns if you purchase on a discount but they don't tell you this when you are buying during a live. When you talk to their idea of customer service they claim it is on the website. Horrible company do not buy from them.

I am having difficulty logging in to check my account. Then they give you 15 days to return the item barely enough time risking your package not to arrive on time therfore loose your credit. The website will take you into a maze of " proving you are not a robot" then deny you access to your account. Very frustrating...

Sizes are not what they say. Customer service not good. Refunds not good. Cheap material.need to get the sizes right.

They will not accept returns if they run sales... I purchased a lot of items that they were doing 20% off and none of the items fit (too big) I paid to return items for store credit and they said since it was a sale no credit would be given and they said in order to get items sent back I would have to pay shipping again! Now why would I want to pay for items to be shipped back to me that did not fit properly? The only other option was to donate the clothes! Customer service is horrible! All other online boutiques will give you store credit which would have been fine... I would have ordered other items - but now I will not ever shop here again! Way better boutiques with good customer service is out there!

There clothes are super cute and I really wanted to like and continue shopping with this boutique but I just can't take the gamble anymore. For the most part all the stuff I've ordered from them has been in good condition. However, their stuff is thin and oversized. Very hard to order from them when their sizes are constantly off. Plus a I have received a shirt with an uneven hem line and a tunic that started to unthread after only a few washes. I could overlook this if they had a good return policy but you can't return anything that was on sale and I only buy on sale items. If it is a regular price item they will only give you store credit and your responsible for all shipping costs.

She does not pay her bills and owes my significant other $6,700 because he did work for them. She and her husband have owed it for an entire year and still sent him no check.

I have bought a lot from them. I bought a double hoodie and it was not soft at all, like cardboard and the tag said made in China. $48 and the threads were coming out of it

Beware of buying. Almost all products are made as cheap as possible, so overpriced. I have tried a few times and each time something breaks or has a makeup stain on it. Super thin fabrics. So many better places to shop.

My package was lost in transit and never delivered to me. It took over a month to get a refund from them and then they deducted $40 from my refund and charged me a for a lost package fee. When I asked why I was being charged for the package being lost which has not my fault at all, they stopped communicating. I have never had an experience like this before and I definitely will never buy from them again. Don't waste your time or money.

Love the look of the clothes online but in person it's totally different. Their sizes are way too big! They don't refund your money. I returned 4 shirts and got credit for only two! Don't buy from

I bought a dress for a wedding and put it on and a strap broke. I had to sew that strap and put the dress back on and the other strap broke. I contacted the store and they wouldn't let me return the dress for a full refund because I took the tags off and didn't have the original packaging. This is NOT good customer service! Clearly if the dress was made properly both straps wouldn't have broke.

I am an avid online shopper and to be completely honest wasn't sure want to expect when my sunglass order came to 13 dollars but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Order came in the cutest packaging, order wasn't delayed I got in on time and these sunglasses are $100 quality sunglasses I got for $13 dollars in total. Will definitely be ordering from them very soon!

Horrible Customer Service. All about money, nothing about you! Buy from someone who cares about your happiness!

I have given way too much money to these money hungry people! They charge a premium price for a cheap product. Pieces we have ordered are always questionable whether it will be the right color or the right size. The have no quality assurance. If it is the wrong color/size... then who's fault is it? Why it must be the customer's fault because they are forced to return the item on their own dime... THEN pay for shipping out a new item. There are no refunds, just merchandise credit... doesn't matter if it shows up with a hole in it... you will have to pay all shipping fees. I feel like there are several online businesses that operate this way. Just do your homework and stay away from these types of sites and give your hard earned money to someone that cares if you are happy with the quality of product you are buying.

I was VERY wary of buying from an online boutique but have been super happy with my purchases from them. Although they normally only allow for store credit, I accidentally purchased something twice and they immediately replied to my email and refunded me the money.
Their clothes do seem slightly delicate, so I'm careful when washing to make sure they don't snag or shrink. But other than that, they have become one of my go-to shopping sites!

Ive bought a few dresses from this website and I have never been disappointed. I got everything at a very reasonable time and price. I love how they have models actually wearing the clothing because things look so different on than they do just laid out or hung up. I recommend this website to anyone who wants cute cloths for a good price and in record timing.
