They sold me tickets for an event that was over. When I complained they said the small print says tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded. I don't believe I clicked on a wrong date but even if I did the system should not have allowed the purchase to continue for something that was over. I said I would agree to a credit but they weren't interested.
I have spent hours of my life talking to Fever support, spanning from October of 2022 to January of 2023, over 6 tickets for a Vivaldi show in Toronto, totalling over 400 CAD. The customer service is poor at best, with policies that only apply to some customers. At the end of all this, my partner was refunded the exact same tickets (although he has way fewer of them, which begs the question of financial motivation), purchased at the same time, on a service call at the same time as mine, while I was told there are no refunds. The best part of all this? We first cancelled because the family got covid, and we are now requesting refunds because I have long covid. Nothing like being super sick and being scammed by a company's "policy".
Hello Michelle! As per the terms & conditions, tickets are non-refundable. We are sorry we couldn't provide you with a better solution for your case.
Saw a black Friday sale so decided to order some tickets. I didn't see an option to put in the promo code so I clicked through thinking there would be another page. Not only was there not another page to get the black Friday deal but it processed the transaction at full price. When I reached out to customer service they told me tickets are not refundable and made no offer to honor the black Friday sale. Seems pretty scummy to offer a sale and then not have a way to redeem it.

Reviewing the Nashville performance on 12/22/21- For a string quartet performance, the one thing that is necessary is to be in tune. The players were not in tune with themselves- specifically the first violinist and cellist. Disappointed in this performance. The soloist was not skilled, either. Attend if you would like tips on what not to do for your Philharmonic Audition.
Hello Mary. We regret to hear that our event did not meet your expectations. We hope that this does not deter you from attending any other future events of ours. We will make sure to forward your comments to the appropriate department for them to take it into account moving forward.
The Haunted Tavern: A Dark Pop-Up Cocktail Experience - Minneapolis. We went to this last night at the Gale mansion in MPLS. The tickets were over $50. Each. The drinks were tasty, although extremely small (like 4-6 oz cups). The venue was pretty, however we could only stay in one over packed room and didn't get to explore the Mansion at all. There were about 15 more people than they had table and chair space for so our group ended up getting put in chairs that they had to scrounge up, sitting in the back, in a row, behind all the tables. Nobody seemed to care. Nobody appologized. All the tables were packed in.

I have had a few instances where I had to postpone my plans I got through fever. In these times (pandemic and such), it's great to work with a customer service team that supports you and works with you like fever has for me. I'm very impressed.
Hello Allyson! Thank you for your positive review. We're pleased to hear that your experience with our customer service has always been outstanding :)
Very happy to have been offered a refund for a cancelled event due to the storm recently. Julio was really helpful and got back to me asap with a response. I would usually have taken the voucher but we have a holiday coming up where we could use the money. Thanks for the customer sevice julio!
Thank you for such a positive review, Nadeem! We're thrilled to hear that your experience with us, and particularly Julio, has been this positive. We hope to see you soon at any Fever event!
After trying to purchase tickets for an event, my money was held and I did not recieve any tickets. Customer service made it seem as though it was my issue and that my email must be different. I was then later told my payment was declined, only to be shown a screenshot of an authorized payment. DO NOT USE! Live chat does not work also within the app.
Hello, Ashton. Please, email us at customer_satisfaction@feverup.com indicating you have contacted us on sitejabber with the "Ashton H". So that we can revise your case, thanks.
Their customer service is beyond terrible.
They're unwillingness to help is uncanny. You made a mistake? Sorry we'll do absolutely nothing to help you.
Upgrade your ticket? F-No
Reschedule we'll within then48 hr requirement? Sure, just pay an extra booking fee
Are we going to help you with the booking fee? NOPE.
Can you speak with a supervisor when you request to? F NO The reps will just copy and paste the same email over and over and over to you. I will never return to another FEVER ticketed event and bet that my experience will be shared with everyone I encounter on every social media platform.

Canceled an event we booked 2 months prior - at the last minute. There is no customer service. Emails from "help desk" come in generic. Refused to refund - instead want us to rebook for a different date AND to install their ridiculous app! So I have to be inconvenienced for something they cancelled on me! That's real balls.
Hello Matt. We apologize for the inconveniences caused by the cancellation of your event. Please reach us at customer_satisfaction@feverup.com if there's anything we can do to assist you and improve your experience. Thank you!
Be very wary when deciding to purchase these tickets.
I bought a set of tickets and awaited further details.
As the date approached I contacted Feverup for the details of the secret location.
They acknowledged receiving my query soon after, stating that they were working on finding the answer. Shouldn't have been difficult even if they are coordinating small concerts in Sydney from their shop front in New York, linked to their office in Madrid Spain and operating from their base in Sierra Leone Africa.
They eventually responded 3 days after my concert had taken place. I did not even have a chance to redeem my ticket.
They have ignored my request for any form of resolution.
Due to this I believe anything to do with Feverup or KZMOS Technologies and its subsidiaries are a high risk venture.
Great idea for a business but less than dependable operation.
Please reach us at customer_satisfaction@feverup.com so we can reopen your case and offer you a suitable solution. We apologize for the inconveniences!
Terrible robot-like customer service and scammy practices. Don't bother contacting them because all you'll get when you've made a mistake is "sorry to hear that but [f-you] we're [going to do f-all to make your life miserable]". RUN like heIl if you see the event is ticketed by them.
Want to upgrade your ticket? F-NO
Want to change your tickets? F-Yes just pay MORE booking fees
They basically can't do anything and won't do anything unless more is paid, much like those dirty cops in corrupted developing countries you hear in stories
Hello, Felix. Please, email us at customer_satisfaction@feverup.com indicating you have contacted us on sitejabber with the "Felix N." name so that we can revise your case, thanks.
We bought tickets to an event that was cancelled due to Covid. Fever up avoided giving me a refund for months, sending unprofessional emails which didn't make any sense. They even lied and said a refund had been sent when it hadn't. In the end I made a formal complaint to STAR who got involved and the money was finally sent. I would never buy anything through Fever again!

This company advertised a secret "Gin and Tea" event to occur in Tampa. They were very clear in repeating it was to be in Tampa and did not disclose it would be in the "Tampa area" or even "Tampa Bay." Relying on the representations it was to be in Tampa, we purchased tickets only to find out it is in a different city about an hour away. We immediately contacted Fever a/k/a Fever Labs a/k/a Fever Up to request a refund to which they refused. I would not recommend this company

FeverUp is a worldwide events promoter/organizer that hosts some of the silliest events with relatively poor performances at exorbitantly high prices and then provides terrible customer service. Even though you'll have timed ticketed events, you'll find long lines, poor organization, poor flow, and that you are not getting your money's worth. And if you try to get help, their customer service is horrible.

Bought tickets for a birthday present for my brother. Had no choice but to book a late ish slot. Contacted customer service a week before the event and was told that whilst no current earlier availability, to check back later in the week as if there was an earlier slot, they would move it. Checked back today to have an incredibly rude customer services adviser called Anna say that she wouldn't help, despite tickets being available now for an earlier slot, that her colleagues were wrong, that the chat agents couldn't do anything anyway etc. Then closed the chat. Still going to the event as it's a birthday gift but would never book again with you.

They have been selling tickets for Van Gough Immersive Experience in Philadelphia. They say the location would be revealed later. This was supposed to start on August 4th. It never happened. They are canceling everyone's tickets with no refunds. Do not EVER use this organization. They are total scammers!
Hello Sandy. We are really sorry about the inconveniences caused. We faced some unexpected issues with the opening of this event, which have now been solved. Please reach us at customer_satisfaction@feverup.com if you still need assistance. We are always happy to help!
We went to a Dining in the Dark experience in Edmonton for 80$ per person. The main meal was meatloaf. They requested we leave the eye masks so they could disinfect them to re-use them. I will let you be the judge of whether you would pay 80$ in advance for that kind of experience.

When booking tickets, I came across their $5 per ticket booking fee. I tried to find a way to buy tickets directly with the venue or over the phone to avoid the fee, but no luck. After a family emergency, we had to change the date. The only way to change the date is to cancel your tickets and buy new ones - NOT AN EXCHANGE. When cancelling the original tickets, it was not clear that I would not be refunded for the booking fees. It was also not clear that I would be charge a 2nd time for switching to the new date. When I realized this, I chatted with a customer service agent who told me it was too late because I had already cancelled the original tickets and there was no way they could credit the booking fees on the new date. 25% of my total was booking fees alone! What a scam!

I bought two tickets to their Candlelight Concert. There was no information about entry on the tickets besides the start time. We arrived at the venue shortly before the start time only to find that every door of the large we reached was locked. When we finally reached the ONLY entrance that was unlocked, security locked it as the concert had started. It took us almost 10 minutes to circle the entire building to find the single entry point, and at least 8 other ticket-holders were also locked out.
FeverUp denied my request for a refund because they said I "failed to attend." I was there, but FeverUp failed to communicate the single point of entry to the venue. We would not have spent 10 minutes finding the entrance and getting locked out if FeverUp had simply put the entrance information on the tickets.

Answer: It's easy to get a hold of them but that doesn't matter since no one will actually help you. All they do is tell you too bad sucks to be you.
Answer: The only reason I chose Fever was the candlelight concert. It wasn't offered on a better site.
