If you ever want to cancel your membership, the cancel button never works. If you try to delete profile, it doesn't work. I tried many times on both and it never works. When you try to email them, they NEVER get back to you. They are based out of the USA. My only option is to wait to be re-billed and then fight it with my screen shots and emails ETC. This company and website is NOT one that I'd recommend ANYONE to join.
