After doing my research, I ordered what the site claims as "For our international customers, please use the guide below as a reference for size conversion: 4/34,5/35,6/36,7/37,8/38,9/39,10/40,11/41,12/42. For example, if you usually wear a size 38, you should select our size 8." I order my regular size 4/34 and to my disappointment, these are 1/2" too big.
I contacted Femme. LA only to be told "You are supposed to have some spacing in the front and the back, otherwise your toes or heels would slip of the shoe" which is ridiculous as this will certainly cause the opposite. Now it makes sense why they only issue credit! In my case I am either stuck with ill fitting shoes, or a gift card I can never use :(

FEMME LA is not located in USA. It's a company from China which means they don't provide a customer service by phone. Online they have a chat and it says out of service. The quality of the shoes is POOR. One of the pair of sandals that I bought came with the straps bigger than the other one. I returned them back and they gave me a gift credit. They charged me shipping and handling. After seeing this poor quality I just want my money back. They don't respond my emails with my request, neither the online chat. I tried to send a text on Instagram and they don't allow comments on their post. If you read the posts they are fake. Bought reviews too.

Be aware that the shoes are designed for super narrow feet. They say it runs a size small but the width still is too narrow even when you go one size up. Very very uncomfortable. Also be aware that once you place an order your money is gone to them and no way to receive a refund, only store credit. Compared to other store this is a horrible experience

Worst store ever they don't accept refund. These ruined my day completely! Hurt my feet. I'm extremely disappointed.

I bought 2 pair of heels and they don't have the correct sizing & will not be restocking …. I kindly asked for a refund and they are not trying to refund me my money.
