We are big fans of the Federation Artisan Chocolate - from the delicate handmade truffles, to the addictive chef-line chocolate buttons, including the wide range of chocolate bars. The customer service is impeccable, as is the execution of their products. The Tasmanian Honeycomb bar is a must!

I have had cause to visit the Victoria St premises several times in the last 2 months. This shop is so much closer to home than their Taranna premises! The main reason main for my visits? Their extraordinarily delicious Licorice Lane, with lumps of real licorice... heaven!
I branched out at Easter, ordering on line, and discovered the magnificent Salted Caramel with peanuts eggs (post Easter same superb flavour but in a truffle). Two days after placing my order I received a lovely email thanking me for my order. The eggs were delivered in person by Maurice... on Good Friday!).
I bought vegan truffles for a dear friend - rave reviews from her and her family.
On every occasion I have visited I have received friendly and helpful service from either Maurice or his wife (sincere apologies to her for not knowing her name). Despite their obviously long weeks they are always ready with a smile and kind word.
I have been buying various truffles - SO many choices - as gifts and have been delighted by the responses from the various recipients.
