After I ordered I went to their Facebook page. All the reviews were bad. I tried to cancel but there is never any response. Found out via checking account that they are a company in China. Lightning fast speed, high quality and 24 hour customer service are all lies. The real boots cost hundreds of dollars. Sad that they are wasting the earth's resources making garbage. Should have used paypal.
This company uses photos from an artist who is making the boots... and then sends a cheap mass-produced imitation. The quality is cheap... the leather is smelly... the colors do not match at all. Total scam. The company does not reply to emails, and will only offer a tiny partial refund, even though their website CLEARLY states 30-day MONEY BACK guarantee. Don't order! I wish there were some way to prevent these people from continuing this website.
Order mask back in April 21, never received. Tried to get information on shipment, only thing it said is shipped. Give no tracking number, so you can not track shipment. Tried to contact someone the company, nothing. Will never order from this company every again and recommended no one to order from here. Now working with my bank to get my money.
It took a long time from order to delivery, first of all, and when I opened the package I could smell plastic chemicals before I even opened the bag. The shoes are not leather, then are cheap plastic and look nothing like what I ordered. I will be following the return instructions but am not holding my breath on a refund. I am, however, holding my breath because of the plastic chemical smell that I can still taste in my mouth.
Don't order from this company, they are rip off artist, I'm reporting them to better business Bureau, made order over a month ago haven't received nothing, no tracking number nothing save your time and grief, $#*! fayfio
Shocking. These people steal photos of other people's work and pretend to sell them. They do a horrible, cheap rip-off that is nothing like the product they are supposedly selling you and then DESPITE their Guarenteed Refund, refuse to refund any money.

Placed an order the end of Jan. April 10th have not received product. (pr of boots and purse). Told them I wanted a refund. Cause of course they cash you money right away. They stated the order has been shipped and in the next sentence I'll receive a tracking number once the order is shipped! Obviously, they don't know what they're doing. 101 dollars down the drain!
The boots that arrived did not fit. They also did not look anything like the pebbled leather shown in the photo. The boots I received were made out of cheap vinyl, the likes of which you might see in a cheap Halloween costume. I emailed the company and told them that i wanted a full refund.The company responded to my emails, but basically told me tough luck. I am in the process of reporting them to various agencies for fraud.
Order boots in January 2019. 3 weeks went by and I contacted seller and was told boots were out of stock and did I want a full refund or order something else. I requested a full refund in February 2019. March 2019 received an email that my boots were shipped, end of March received boots that are garbage... not as advertised, not real leather hand stitched. Scam! Trying to return now, huge hassle. No one will respond.
My mom got boots that didnt even look like the picture. She asked for her money back, sent them everything the asked for and then they blocked her. Dont do business with them unless you want to lose your money. They just want to cheat us "stupid americans" out of money!
I can't even get my foot in the boot. No zipper, elastic or means to open ankle to insert foot. Shipping company is out of Chino California. Elogistics. No way to get ahold of them via the phone. Bot emails are being sent asking for same information over and over like no one is reading my communication. Don't buy them SCAM. Garbage is the place for these boots!
The boots took 6 weeks to arrive. They were listed as US size 11 and my partner's size 8 feet barely fit I them. They were also listed as genuine leather and they are plastic like upholstery material and very cheap. The buttons in the photos looked like wood and were very artsy with leather straps. The buttons on the boots that arrived at metal and say jeans on them & the straps are little elastic string.
I have tried to get reimbursement for the $74 and they offered me $20 or I can return them and wait for their arrival for full reimbursement. I looked up shipping to the address listed and it would cost me $180!
I'm escalating it to PayPal. These scams are unacceptable! I wish I had looked them up and found reviews before ordering.
I ordered a pair of really cool leather boots for $70. When they arrived, they were made of plastic with the ornaments glued on. They smelled so strongly of chemicals I had to put them outside. When I asked to return them, I got a few vague responses, and then nothing. I reported it to Paypal, who started a line of inquiry that Fayfio answered immediately. The response was, we'll give you $15 back, or you can ship them to us for a full refund, but you pay the shipping. The shipping cost $60. Sigh... I'll take the $15. What a rip-off! In the photo the left side is what I ordered, the right side what I got.
I spent $73.98 on a pair of leather moccasins and after 6 weeks, received a vinyl pair of boots looking nothing like the web photos and you cant even get your foot into it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Ordered 2 boots, totally cheaply made, no point of origin sticker, one sole so damanged it was unwearable. They refused to honor their "unconditional warranty." Then stopped communicating. Total crooks
I ordered Boots supposedly "handmade leather" but when they arrived they are actually cheap plastic with poorly stitched on plastic decorations. They stink so badly of chemicals that they actually make me ill. I have them in the car so I don't stink up my house, these need to go back ASAP. UP DATE: I applied to return these and even though they were shipped from California, I have to ship them to CHINA for a refund. Guess what, IT'S $70 to return them! This is a complete RIP OFF! DO not buy from these people. They lie and cheat and steal from you! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
After waiting 5 weeks for the order to ship I decide to cancel through Paypal - Paypal processed my claim within 24 hours - which makes me thinks they already know this that vendor is a fraud. I had reach out to the vendor several times asking for a ship date and they simply said - thank you for your patience we will be shipping soon - but never gave a date. Their website says they normally ship within in 3-4 days or 7-10 during busy times.

I reported them to my credit card company and also had my cc company change my number because I believe they are just collecting numbers... the shoes are THAT bad. I'm also going to try to get the word out on this company because apparently luring people with shoes... is a thing.

I believe that this company is a con artist company to gather credit card numbers. Please call authorities to have them checked out. The boots I ordered were the cheapest smelliest plastic and the size was unreliable... in my case they were too big.
When I contacted them to return them, they just emailed me things like send us a pic of the boots etc. I gave them my order number. I think I want to cancel the credit card that I ordered the boots with because I have some sneaking suspicion that they just wanted the numbers... thats how bad these boots are...
I never received my order I have a trail of email communication with them the order tracking number never worked then finally it works a d shows the shoes were sent back. 75usd gone.
The product (Leather Boots) arrived and was NOT as advertised or pictured. The materials are not leather, they are rubber, there is no arch support in the boots and they do not fit, the sizing is incorrect, the "leather hand stitched desgin" on the outside of the boots are glued on rubber, and the ties are decorative, not functional.
I asked for a FULL refund plus return shipping. The company continues to email me with ridiculous offers to give me a $5 credit towards a new purchase, saying it's too expensive to return the item, they even suggested that I give the boots away as a gift, rather than ask for a refund. I have now filed 5 separate complaints. I'm going to file complaints until FAYFIO refunds me. I did not take pictures of the boots received, as I immediately re-wrapped them in their original packaging. Order #2509 place 1/29/19
