They wont refund. Stated I wanted my money back after waiting 3 months for my boots and they said they could not refund.

I want a refund. Customer service is a scam. I contacted paypal and they said I had to spend $30 to return the item and provide a tracking number in order to get a refund. Another $30? This is a joke!
