We asked and she had requested that we purchase these trees. The packaging seemed good, however, one of the two we purchased did have a broken branch. She is currently trying to mend, but don't know if it will take or not. Not sure how it was broken, the packaging seemed good.
After visiting the local nursery and a couple of different places I decided to try buying trees online. I thought that by paying a premium price I'd be getting a well-maintained tree but it was completely the opposite. The trees came in the worst situation ever and barely had some roots. I regret so much not only because of the price - almost 10x the price at home depot and 2x local nursery but also due to the condition. Do yourself a favor and go to a local nursery or store and buy the tree in person. Don't trust these websites.

The Columnar Ginkgo Tree arrived on time, but Fedex tipped the box on the narrow side (at least once, by the looks of things) and broke the top portion of the tree. FastGrowingTrees immediately sent a replacement. We went ahead and planted both trees. They both look healthy, one is just much shorter for now. I recommend better securing of these trees in the box. Thank you for the excellent response time and customer service. We have purchased from this site previously with great results.
I reserve my opinion until the tree has gone thru one year of growing. I am nervous because the tree had little to no roots. My fingers are crossed that the tree takes hold

The last two peach trees that I have received have been a waste of money. One of them arrived dead and after a year of watering did not have a single leaf on it. The other peach tree has a few baby leaves, but looks partially dead. I am dissatisfied.

I live in Iowa, my shipment date per the website was May 1st, well I got the plants 3 days days later and am now nursing them in my entryway until after May 1st when it will be safe to plant them... two were badly damaged in shipment and I am not sure if they will survive.

My first time ordering plants online... the idea of shipping something alive was scary. I'm pleased to report that my trees arrived within 2 days & were in great shape. They have been mine for 17 days now. Banana: arrived with 4 (actually 3.5) leaves and has now 6 leaves and a sucker. Clementine: arrived healthy, with 2 buds, which have already flowered and 2 clementines are growing. Blood orange: arrived healthy with 3 buds, has already flowered and 1 orange is growing. Lemon: arrived healthy and has grown 2 now shoots with lots of deep green shiny leaves, a total height increase of 13 inches.

So far we have been very satisfied with their service over the phone and expect our trees when they ship in a week. We received a free one year warranty on the product.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
