Shipment with 2 cherry trees arrived in damaged box. (My issue really not yours) Root balls were extremely loose and trees wilted. Planted quickly and appear to be ok, but time will tell.
My hydrangeas are doing great and my red haven peach tree is too. Our Elberta is wilting a little but I've talked to one of your reps and she told me what might be wrong.
First dormant Pecan tree was received broken in shipment. I took pictures of the damaged tree and emailed them to FastGrowingTrees. Next thing I knew, I received an email confirming a replacement tree was being shipped out to me at no charge. New tree received had already come out of dormancy but in good condition this time.
These plants are more expensive than local nurseries (even the over-priced one in my affluent suburb) and arrived a bit banged up. Dry and slightly squashed.

I ordered two flowering cherry trees, the largest size available, as a gift. They had a promotion and a small maple was included also. Total cost ~$350.
They arrived with near no leaves and in obviously poor condition. We planted them anyway, but within two weeks it was abundantly clear they were dead.
We sent photos to Fast growing trees and, for ~$90 in shipping, 2 more trees arrived, also with basically no leaves and looking more like 5 foot twigs attached to a clump of dirt. These were also planted, in different locations that might be more beneficial, but within a month they were both clearly completely dead.
To be clear, these were planted in a yard by an experienced gardener, in their correct zone, in a yard which is absolutely teeming with healthy plant life. Just about the only thing that couldn't and didn't survive was these 4 trees.
The little maple hasn't completely died yet but it's pretty scraggly. It may or may not survive. If it does, it will have cost about $450.
Don't get trees from here.

I ordered a 1 gallon Veranda Banana tree, 2 ginkos, and 3 maples. Multiple trees were stuffed in boxes and as a results arrived with lots of damage. The banana was in a quart container rather than gallon and was quite tiny with all three leaves curling with dead edges and interiors. Not what I expected.

Contacted customer service by phone and also via the website. The phone representative advised me to contact the online team, send pictures of the tree, and that's exactly what was done.
I sent a picture of both of my lime trees (a healthy-sized one, and the second one that was a twig). The online representative responded within a day and said that the tree appeared to be alive and did not offer to replace it or fix the issue even though it looks yellow and all leaves fell off.
I know that citrus trees can drop their leaves after arrival, but I am simply not satisfied with the twig-sized bush I got as my second tree considering the price I paid for them.
I WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN!

There was a mistake on first shipment which they corrected right away no questions asked. The trees came ib great shape and are doing very well.
I bought 12 trees and two were in bad shape twigs for a 5' -6' trees! Over all I'm happy with the trees.
For what I paid for my tree and that I brought the larger one, I expected it to be more robust than what showed up. What leaves it did have all fell off two days after it arrived.
Shipping took way too long, I hope it survives.

The male sea buckthorn I received was snapped off at the base upon receipt and subsequently died. The shipping container did not appear to have been damaged in transit. I think it was simply packed without adequate support to ensure its safe arrival.

Tree ordered took a several days to ship, waiting for tree took a week to arrive only to find out that all 4 leaves of the tree had several brown spots. Very disappointed because the tree was expensive.

I have not yet planted these trees because of cold temperatures, they arrived in very good shape & are currently in my garage awaiting better/no frost nights to be planted
Even after confirming that I had the right size for my flowerpots, they came much smaller and won't fit. Now I have plants I have to either get rid of or buy pots to fit them... very disappointing. Would have been much better off purchasing in a store where i could make sure they were exactly what I wanted.

The windmill palm tree that I ordered was damaged in shipping when I emailed customer service they sent a replacement tree that was better then the ones I originally ordered thank you for excellent customer service I will definitely buy from fast growing trees in the future and I will recommend them To my friends and family. Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
