I planted the Mango tree and it appears to be doing well. It's getting plenty of sun and some of the leaves are turning brown. Overall the tree looks fine.

Very disappointed - the plant was supposed to be a larger plant as I paid for the larger plant - I ended up going to Lowes and I bought the same kind of plant (even larger with flowers) for $19.99. A better value and a better plant.

Where to start. Ordered 2 crab apple trees. I ordered a 5-6 ft tree and a 4-5 ft tree. The cost was over $216.00. When delivered the 5-6 ft tree had the tip broken off, not too big a deal. The other tree was broken almost completely in half. It did not survive. And it was the shorter tree. Not sure if someone deliberately broke them or if they where turned upside down when traveling. So called them and they were happy to send out 2 more brand new trees (of coarse since you pay $20 for the 1 year warranty) or so I thought. They were ordered Tuesday and was told i would recieve them Friday. Well Friday went by, Saturaday, then Sunday, then Sunday the fedex tracking said sent back to lufkin tx office for inspection. Then was told i would get them monday - no trees but said they were delivered. Called again and they could not tell me were they were and was told fedex sometimes says they prematurely deliver products before they deliver them. Makes no sense but still waited 48hrs to see if they would come. Wednesdsy went by and Thursday went by. No trees. Called on Friday again and they had no idea were the trees were. And then proceeded to tell me that this happens sometimes with fedex. What? You knew this could happen and did not say anything. So 50/50 when they take your money on whether you get your product or not, as long as they get their money I guess. They dont care. Then I told them you have two options you can send 2 more trees or give refund. So he tells me he can send one tree but not the other because it is now out of stock. So i would have to wait until it came back in stock before they could send the other one. Something real shady going on with this company. I really wanted to like them cause i wanted more fruit trees but never ordering from these guys again. I would rather order from a box store then this company. So pissed i had to waste this much time after spending over 200. To never recieve what i ordered. At least i got my money back. I guess somethings are too good to be true.

I purchased two cold hearty banana trees that were described as 1 gallon. They were about 1/3 of the size of a true gallon. It was explained to me that 1 gallon in the plant world isn't like a gallon of water. Still I was unable to find anywhere in the plant world that there was this much of a difference. I searched the internet and even asked local garden centers and the best I could find is 75% of the size of a gallon. Would never have paid $50 each for these!

The plant arrived a lot later than anticipated... close to seven days. It was very dry, tilted, wilted and one leaf was tethered and still looks torn and burnt.
I had requested on their site regarding a call/email when the plant was in stock and never received it. I just happened to call and They had some in stock.

I bought the biggest red bud tree they offered knowing that I wanted it to be fairly mature. What I got was a 6 foot stick. No branches or shape what so ever. I sent an email and they said that is what I should expect. I will not purchase from them again. Too much money for a stick!

Avocado Tree arrived wilted and over watered - I called customer service and they told me to wait before they send replacement. Tree is now even more pathetic.

Both trees came in broken in the middle/ top. I called and the girl said it would grow back, and now both of my tress and turning brown and dying

I purchased five trees, two of which were damaged with multiple broken branches and one with the leaves in very poor condition. I have tried to bring the tree on which has what looks like either frost damage or disease and it remains the same. The other two broken trees were replaced, one of which looks good and the other arrived again with broken branches.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
