Called to ask about some different options for a privacy boundary and was very satisfied with the excellent support. My trees were delivered fast and in good shape. Will definitely buy from them again!
I call them just to be sure they have the trees on stack and they told us they do have those ready to be shipping to us we pay them and we start preparing the holes for planting 5 trees but 10 days passed and those trees never arrived

My tree arrived in good shape although it was smaller that imagined but after planting it the leaves grew bigger and it look very healthy. Cannot wait for it to grow and experience the red in autumn.
Per my request they delayed shipment so I could get the sites started. The 3 crabapple trees arrived in excellent condition, full of leaves and one already had flower buds. All 3 were beautifully formed and well packaged. My neighbors were also impressed. I will definitely buy from FastGrowingTrees in the future.

Plants were all broken and mangled when they arrived 1 or 4 did not survie and the other 3 and struggling having arrived with most of their shoots broken. Additionally communication has not been great, did not receive emails about shipping then I called and they said they would send me a shipping tracker, it never arrived. I posted a complaint using the form online and supplied pictures of the broken plants. I have never received a reply.

I received my tree 2 weeks and 1 day ago. I planted it right away and have been taking good care of it. It has been growing leaves already, and I am beyond happy because of it. I was scared because it took about a week to get to me so I thought it was going to dry out.
Unfortunately the plant, Monstera arrived with many broken leaves and stems. Package was not packed well, plant slid to top of box and all the weight was on the greenery. Very disappointed

Packing could have been better as two very differently weighted plants were put together crushing one and breaking the other since not properly secured in travel. Boxes were extremely damaged with no real package identification.
The ordering process was easy. But the product was a bit disappointing on arrival. It was smaller than anticipated, for the money. It was packaged in a planting bag, but the bag fell off and the exposed roots were minimal. I planted the tree with the soil from the bag and hope that it will take.
My online shopping experience itself was great. I easily found plants that were good for location, growth, and sun. The actual shipment was disappointing. Over $500 of plants were stuffed in two boxes... and the heavier items broke off many of the limbs of smaller items. I probably would do a single item, but caution against multiple items.
I already expressed my experience. It sure why I was asked to share it again. Customers just need to be aware that the quality is no better than your local store and no exaggeration, 6 times cheaper.

FastGrowingTrees website has so much to choose from. We found exactly what we wanted. Their shipping is fast and their customer service is A+! We had a concern and their customer service team was prompt and very helpful. We will most definitely purchase from FGT again and highly recommend them.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
