I have not received any communication about when to expect my order to be shipped or delivered. I receive a lot of email with promotions, but to date, only one about my order which was placed a while ago.
My plant was arrived with dirt on leaves. I cleaned theö with water and paper towel. After a few days later it started dying, ı put my plant in a sunny place and giving water but still it looks so weak and unhealthy
Several years ago I ordered a red haven peach tree and it's still doing amazing - it's almost taller than the house now and covered in blooms and leaves. This year we ordered a fig and eastern red bud tree; both are now in the ground and sprouting gorgeously. Thank you!
I ordered this tree to replace a different species I had removed. The Muskogee Crepe Myrtle arrived healthy but in a dormant state. It has been in the ground for almost a month now. It has many sprouting leaves and is looking great. This is not my first purchase with FastGrowing Trees and I have never been disappointed.
I purchased the 4 to 5 foot Hardy avocado tree. Upon arrival I had noticed quite a few leaves having been nibbled on and chalked it up to when the plant was still growing at the facility. As the days went on, I noticed more and more leaves with holes in them. I decided to repot to investigate and found several caterpillars at the base of the plant. I did take photos of the bugs and the leaves and immediately sent an email over to the company to which I still have not heard back from.
Ordered 60 / 70 plants. Easy to shop and purchase. Arrived mostly fine. Delivery instructions not followed so Trees had to be carried a long distance over many days. I do not live close to the property and had to make MANY special trips. The only GIANT COMPLAINT is the number of Emails that were not necessary, or wanted, or pertained to my order. Because of that I probably will NOT order again.
Ordered an apricot and a persimmon 4-5 ft. Both trees were that size. I didn't expect any foliage and there wasn't any. It's winter. But I did expect roots. The apricot was burlaped and had a nice root ball. The persimmon on the other hand was in a half gallon pot that had contained what appeared to be mostly peat, but all of that had fallen out in transit. So essentially bare root. Otherwise it looked fine. I have planted it and hope to see it flourish. I have not had good luck with American persimmons. I bought three from Stark Brothers that arrived in terrible condition and are clearly struggling.
I ordered 2 Blue Arrow Juniper 3-4 ft and received 2 4 ft beautiful. I planted them and love them.
Then I ordered 6 Soft Touch Holly bushes that were late to arrive on the weekend, but when they arrived on Monday they were still in very good condition and my order included a free plant. All plants were lovingly packed and arrived in great condition. I highly recommend Fast Growing Trees and know I will order from them again.
I am waiting to see if they perk back up... but all the leaves are yellow and brown. Looking like theyre all going to fall off and then it's starting over. So I am waiting and hoping it perks back up and new growth will show.
I was excited to order these plants, but as soon as they arrived it became a disappointment. The order took over a week which probably caused the issues with the plants i had ordered. I tried to revive them for 2 weeks, but they never came back to life...
Its frusterating not being able to talk to someone at the company about my order, especailly since i have two more plants coming that i have no interest in wasting my time or money on reviving. The make you fill out a form for a return or the warranty. When i saw they had a 1 year warranty i thought that was a good sign that the plants would be good. I've ordered plants, bulbs, seeds online and never had a plant arrive in such bad shape.
I placed my order for 2 Anna Hardy kiwi plants. I didn't realize that each would come with 2 plants. So I received 4 plants. EXCEPT I received 3 dormant plants and one sunny nub of wood with roots. Seems that one plant was trimmed down to a nilub while the other had 2 shoots. Now, I have 3 beautiful little kiwi vines and one stubby nub that has not sprouted anything while the others thrive. I called customer service when they arrived, but was told to submit my questions online. The online submission form did not allow me to upload the photos due to size limitations. I sent an email explaining the situation. And was referred back to the online submission form to submit a warranty claim. I can't say that I would care to try again, but in 2024 when I ordered the pollinator pack, they were so beautiful. I should have quit while I was ahead.
I paid for my order along time ago. I still haven't received 2 of the items. My paperwork says 02/27/2025. That's when I received one of my items. I have been inidated with emails from you and I'm not sure I will ever do business with you again!
I ordered a pluot tree about a month ago and it seems very healthy so far. I planted with the organic planting mix with root stimulator, and my tree is already growing leaves! I also water with rain water which has made a HUGE difference in my plants, but the planting mix definitely made a difference as well, as I planted a plum from a local nursery a month or so before and it's growing but hasn't grown any leaves yet.
I purchased 4 eastern red cedars for shipment in spring…. Well they canceled my order…probably because these trees are selling for $465 or so not the $90 or so I paid?! Then I did purchase one for $465 and was told it would be ok to plant I late fall.,, well it's dying…. And I reached out and have heard nothing back?
I ordered a tree in February 2025 delivery was supposed to be March 4 2025.
When I called they said they made a mistake in the entry and i would get the tree the following week. It is now March 15th and have not received my tree or any updates.
I ordered two lemon trees on March 2. One was to ship right away and the other by 3/20. I got the first one (2'-3') and love it. The other one (5'-6') never shipped and I wasn't notified. When I finally did a chat with them they said there was a delay. They said they could ship out a 3'-4' tree right away and would refund the difference. Several days later after it hadn't shipped I chatted with them again (no phone number to call). They apologized and said they failed to "nudge" their logistics team to send the tree out. Again they said they would ship it out by the end of the week. Well it finally shipped on a Sunday. Not the end of the week. Sadly this was a birthday gift for my daughter that arrived very late even though it was ordered with plenty of time to be delivered on time. I cannot recommend this company due to really terrible communication. The trees seem to be nice... at least so far.
We wanted to plant some fruit trees, so went to fast growing trees because our past experience was excellent. We ordered the trees and they were delivered on time. The one tree never sprouted leaves or flowers, so we contacted FGT. They told us the process to submit a claim, which we did. In about a week, we had an answer that a new tree was on the way. It was gorgeous with leaves and blossoms, ready to go. Thank you FGT for standing behind you word. We appreciate it.
The package of hydrangeas arrived quickly. One side of the box was open and a branch was crushed, but plants went into the ground and so far, so good. Lots of leafing out and I can already see the beginnings of blooms on all 4. Very pleased!
I ordered my tree to arrive at appropriate planting time. First, I was notified they did not have the size I wanted, so I agreed to a smaller one. That has not arrived either. It is now past ideal planting time and I still have no tree!
I purchased 2 June plums from them 2 years ago- every year they start to fruit and the fruit then molds or never ripens and falls off the tree. I've been reaching out since we got the trees and no one has been able to help me. Now I have 2 trees that aren't good for anything and a company that refuses to actually help.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
